My first visit to Zen Garden was a positive experience. It’s a cozy, small restaurant with plenty of tables and high chairs for families with young children. We order two different phos, a kid’s hibachi with noodles and boba milk/tea. The food was served hot, fresh and the added condiments on the table was beneficial to add a bit of spice to enhance the flavor. The chicken bites were very flavorful too. Our server accidentally brought the wrong soup, but it was quickly corrected. Our meal for two kids and an adult came to about $75. The photos show the items we ordered. I’d definitely visit again.

Very fresh food. We had shrimp spring rolls, vegetable tempura, chicken pho, & meatball pho. We didn’t expect the spring rolls to be so substantial, or the tempura vegetables to be such a large order!

After eating, I had to sit there and let it marinate how amazing this food was. By far the best Asian I’ve ever had in my 44 years of life. the ingredients were absolutely perfect extremely fresh consistent through every bite be prepared. You will be in a Zen like state after eating here. I will drive from Bowling Green just to come here and eat Asian again. I will never go to another place. For the price it is perfectly priced. The staff was very Zen like. Thank you for providing a great meal in an atmosphere.

We already love Zen Garden, but they really impressed me. I ordered chicken pho, and it honestly is my favorite pho in town. The wait staff brought it, and it looked and smelt delicious as usual. A couple minutes later, I think it was the manager, delivered more chicken in the small red dish to me. She said I didn’t receive enough chicken. Wild. I have never had some restaurant insist I get more meat. 100/10.

Ordered Pho soup with chicken. Amazing. Chili paste at table is the real HOT deal you usually cant find in US. Service was attentive and kept drinks filled. Prices were good. Clean facility and able to have conversation. Put it on list for places to come back too.

Popped in thinking to see aThai menu, but was presently surprised to find Japanese and Vietnamese. I had the Vermicelli Bowl (pork and shrimp), aka Bun Thit Nuong, and the wife ordered Teriyaki Chicken with fried rice. The food was scrumptious. Luckily, she got full on a little more than half of her plate, so I got a little extra supper. The only real negative I found was that the soft drink was served in a plastic bottle. I had to go easy there. All in all, I’ll be back.

Such an amazing find for Clarksville. I just relocated from Richmond VA where the food scene, especially Pho, was top of the charts. Needless to say Clarksville food has been a bit of a disappointment. I was missing my Vietnamese place from VA and decided to check out Zen Garden. I left Zen Garden stuffed and very impressed.
The atmosphere was quaint, simple but elegant, very friendly, and cute (just like the lady hostess who delighted me with her smile). And very clean inside. Prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of food in the dish. I ordered the vermicelli noodle bowl with egg roll, pork and shrimp ……. Yum!!! We also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice which was equally as satisfying and tasty; their dark hot sauce was delish.
Food quality was excellent and tasty. Vegetables were not overcooked, shrimp was good quality, rice was cooked just right and their sauces were delicious. I would rate this at the top of my list for Vietnamese food in Clarksville after trying just about all the local places I could find. I will go back and try their Hibachi next time.
All in all I will be making this my new GoTo favorite.

Having tried most of the dishes now at this place I can say it’s hands down my GO-TO in Clarksville for great quality, tasty, affordable food made by people who care about what they do. Don’t miss out on this gem!! And tell Jessica that MrRadioActive sent you 😉
