Good option for sushi in a cozy atmosphere. Would like to come back to try the hibachi experience. The fusion extends to the space – think elevated sports bar. Sushi rolls were good. Rangoons were a little too cream cheese heavy (and small, but good!). Fried rice was delicious. We ordered the Friday $2 special and it’s quite large – we ended up taking most of it home.
Husband ordered the walleye sandwich and he said it was the best fish sandwich he’s had in town.
We were there at 2pm on Friday, and even though it was dead, service was extremely slow. Bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning – major turn off at a restaurant for me. Parking lot was also an ice rink, so be careful in winter.
All of that being said, we would try it again.

First time visiting Zen Fusion. We had read in a local magazine that there was a new menu item, a seafood boil, that we wantd to try. We had great service from Adria, she was very friendly and attentive. Started with some gyoza, Shrimp tempura, and mussels. We got the pork gyoza which was crispy and very tasty, probably my favorite thing of the night. The shrimp tempura was really good too, not too heavy on the batter which I appreciate. The mussels were okay. I’m a big dipper of bread and the broth could have used more flavor. It tasted as if a low sodium broth was used. My wife and I then shared the Seafood Boil with the lobster and Crab in the Cajun spice. The manager came out and asked how the boil tasted, which I appreciate. I shared with him that it was good, but would recommend more sauce and it could be spicer given we selected the Cajun flavor. We’ll definitely be back to try some more dishes.

The food at Zen Fusion is absolutely excellent! Marissa truly makes you feel right at home and makes the entire dining experience so enjoyable. She is a rare gem who has the ability to make you feel like a human rather than just another customer. The food was great! I had the Yaki soba stir fry with tofu and miso soup and both were very flavorful and balanced. My boyfriend also said the Philadelphia roll and crab ragoon were good. They also had live music which was cool, and our server Haley was very friendly, quick, and attentive.

My husband and I stopped in here last night and had the time of our lives. The bartender McKenna was so fun! She made us have the best time ever. She never let our drinks go empty. We will definitely be coming back. We were just visiting Rochester at the Mayo Clinic, but we cannot wait to come back to this restaurant. The food was good. The atmosphere was fun, but it was definitely the bartender that sold us on this place. Do not ever let this girl Go. What a fun Super Bowl Sunday

I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is very professional and relaxing with a very attentive staff that knows the menu very well. Their hibachi is to die for the owners are passionate and make you feel like family when you’re there if you go, you must try their crab wontons. Our waitress/bartender, Mickenna, was amazing!!! She made the experience the best by far! The food was great! Ambiance was fun! The bar got busy and everyone seemed to know the bartender! She made it so fun! Interacted with the customers on first name basis! It was like being at “Cheers” only better! 5* for sure!!!! Checked on her customers continuously, everyone was having a great time! We will definitely be back!!
