Delicious sushi and great service!
My 6 year old daughter says.. it is a great restaurant. They have great sushi. And they also have really good edamame.. and really great food, so any time you come, you can give it a bunch of stars because it is so awesome.

I’ve been going to Zen 16 since I was 16–17 years old (back in 2007/2008, when most of my Pizza Hut paychecks went straight to their sushi) and it has remained a favorite ever since. Their sushi has always excelled in both freshness and flavor, and over the years I’ve tried many sushi places, but Zen 16 always comes to mind as the gold standard and I use it as a benchmark.
In this day and age, it is rare to find a restaurant that maintains such high standards and quality for so long. Yesterday was the first time I ever ordered takeout from their restaurant and, to no surprise, it delivered the same quality it always has – excellent.

The sushi is always fresh, the service is top notch. If you’re having a drink and you’re almost out it’s full before you can set your glass down very polite and friendly. Very good pricing on food highly recommend.

This is the best sushi place in Bel Air. My friends and I can’t stop coming back bc we just love it there. The service is always amazing, fast, and the staff cares deeply about quality. Wish I could rate it 6 stars 🙂

This was my first time here. This food was amazing. The Maryland sushi was my favorite. Only one of the sushi’s was my least favorite(dark crisp ones). The Pad Thai was one of the best I’ve tasted. I will be coming back again to try something else.

Hands down one of my favorite places in Harford County. The staff is always so nice and attentive when I visit with my family. I usually order 12 – 15 rolls with a few appetizers and it’s never an unreasonable wait time for our food. Everything always taste amazing and my kids all the dishes as well from pad Thai to sashimi. I will definitely keep coming back!

Got the volcano roll and Philadelphia roll last night. The volcano roll was good but something definitely tasted off about the Philadelphia roll. I’ve had raw fish and different kinds of sushi at other places so I’m sure it wasn’t my taste palette.
Another point to mention is that I decided to give this place a try even after my experience from a few weeks ago. My friend and I drove 20 minutes from Joppa, arrived around 9:20 to place an order, and once we walked in the employee looked shocked and asked us to leave because they were closing, even though their hours are listed until 10pm. It would’ve been understandable if they specified they stop taking orders entirely at a different time. But if your website and google both specify 10pm, the time you close should be 10pm.
Probably won’t be coming back, there’s better tasting sushi out there for better prices.

Delicious sushi, surprised we were the only ones there at 1pm on a Saturday. Lady taking orders was very nice and respectful, but she did continue a personal phonecall during our whole time there (except when taking our order and checking with us) and the loud, enthusiastic nature of the call was a little jarring and distracting (thus the 4, rather than 5 star review). Kind of felt like having a meal in someone’s house rather than a restaurant. Would still recommend for the delicious food and want to return to try some interesting food on the menu.
