I don’t even wanna leave a star. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I came in there with the walker. I had a couple that helped me bring it in sat down at a booth. She passed me once to wait on somebody else that come in after me she did it a second time she did it a third time totally disrespectful. She says oh I thought that you were waited on. I had no placemat in front of me no coffee no water no drink nothing I ordered $54 worth of food that sat there and got cold. The whole time I waited 20 minutes before I waved my hand she says well we’re busy. I was there first before these other people were there. You would think she would ask can I help you but no so my food sat there and got cold so I had to bring it home finally after paying $54 I left a two dollar tip and I shouldn’t even done that if breading is what you want that’s the place to go very disrespectful people that I have a handicap. They are very disrespectful very ignorant I will never ever go there again.

Nice menu selection. Definately something for everyone.
The service wasnt memorable. It was basically, Im here to do a job and that’s it. Which, Im not mad at. It just wasnt anything to add to an experience.
The food was not bad…But it also was not the Best it could have been. The portion sizes were pretty good.
The biggest on our visit was the gravy on the breakfast skillet was so thin and watery, it made the skillet soupy! And the coffee game here was WEAK!
We’ll definately give it another try sometime. Now that we know what NOT to order. We did see a couple a few table over get lunch food that looked amazing.

Stopped in here for the first time last week to meet a friend for an early lunch. I of course had to try the burger since they’re 1/2lb which is perfect. Great service, quick kitchen, darn good food and a good price. Perfect spot for a quick hearty bite or a gathering with friends after a night out.

The food was amazing without a doubt. And so much for the price. I ordered lunch, breakfast, and dinner there all at once while visiting family. Took the dinner home in a to go box.
I had the jalapeño popper burger, a coney dog with chili, and some biscuits and gravy. Great food, nice people, amazing prices.

Unfortunately not a very good review to offer. My husband whom never typically complains is still steaming mad about his breakfast. Ordered the breakfast two egg special and asked for them to be medium, they came out very runny and actually watery! The waitress never refilled my coffee and only came back to give bill after my husband asked for it. The waitress never offered to adjust bill for mistake and was very “put off” and quiet after the eggs were mentioned by husband who did not even eat them. The food in general besides the egg issue was cold and bacon was limpy and lifeless with the hash browns also having a freezer burnt taste. It’s very disheartening to have to put bad reviews because it could be a one time thing that happens but it sucks when it happens to you.

A little diner on the corner with good food. And friendly service! I was in Bay City for a funeral and stopped here for lunch. I had the Bacon Cheese burger, with chilly cheese fries. The burger was perfect, tasty and not over cooked,like so many burger joints. The chilli cheese fries hit the spot.

Zef’s wasn’t as good as we were hoping. Negative: The chili is their coney sauce in a bowl. The wings were smaller then most and only came with ranch dressing. Positive: The salads are huge and fresh. The breakfast skillets are very filling and tasty. The French toast portion is pretty big.

we ordered 2 patty melts & a fry and drink ,but we got NO patty melts ,as u see a very small amount of cheese on only one side of bread ,tho our foreign waitress sonia i believe wanted 2 argue that we indeed got patty melts and if we wanted another piece of swiss 4 the other side we must PAY 4 IT, then she giggled that my friend ordered hers 2 go as i didn’t eat mine the waitress laughed & said see your friend liked it ,my friend said no we didn’t like them but she was starved just spending 3 hours getting her husband’s remains ,the waitress didn’t even say she was sorry about that then told me not 2 return,,so ill b getting ahold of the owner as this woman should not b in the public she’s very rude & mean …don’t go there I’ve got other nightmares 2 tell….

I stopped for lunch at noon and the place was fairly empty. This is a small-town diner with a large menu.
My server came right over and took my order. I went with the special, Hot Turkey with mashed potatoes and a bowl of split pea with ham soup. She brought my drink and soup right away.
The soup was really hot, but I could tell just by looking at it that I was going to like it. It was thick and full of ham chunks. You could totally tell this was a homemade soup, it was one I would get whenever it was on the menu, VERY GOOD.
After the soup, she brought me my meal, and everything looked good. The turkey was hand carved, but it looked dry to me. Good thing there was gravy on the meat because it really needed it. The mashed potatoes were good, just lacking in flavor. They really needed salt added.
Overall, I would come back, there were enough good things about this place (service, prices and homemade food) to deserve a second chance. I will be back.

We took suggestions from our server , cod dinner and a chicken wrap. We also had the bean soup and potato soup. Everything was delicious and the service was even better. We will definitely be back!
