I had the Beyti at Zeeyum, and honestly, it was one of the best Turkish dishes I have ever eaten in my life.

I have eaten Beyti in many cities across Turkey—from Istanbul to Ankara, Izmir, and many other places—but I have never experienced one this delicious. The flavor was absolutely incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of rich, smoky flavor. The yogurt was creamy and fresh, and the butter sauce with spices on top brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was balanced and unforgettable.

You can immediately tell that great care goes into the preparation of the food here. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the dish had that authentic Turkish flavor that is very hard to find outside of Turkey.

What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone working there was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel very comfortable and were genuinely warm and friendly throughout the whole visit.

If you love Turkish cuisine, Zeeyum is an absolute must-visit. This place sets a very high standard. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend trying the Beyti — it is truly exceptional.

My husband and I had dinner at Zeeyum and loved this new experience. The restaurant is lovely and clean with busy staff who are friendly and helpful. We experienced Raki for the first time, and I loved it even though I’m not a big fan of the aniseed flavor in general. This drink was surprisingly smooth and novel to us. Our entrees were so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. This is a dining experience where you can see that the owner cares about excellence and quality. We will be back.

We had the chicken and beef with rice. It was delicious in flavor. The chicken wrap and the pide was also on point. The service and warm atmosphere is another plus. I will be coming back soon. A++++++

Absolutely perfect! If you’re wanting to try authentic Turkish food for the very first time, GO HERE!!!

Upon walking in, the restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and showcases culture.

The staff were all super friendly and the chef/ owner came and checked on all tables personally.

The food… I’ve been having a midnight crisis of wanting something foreign and cultural, something not burgers and quesadillas. This was what I’ve been looking for the past 5 months.

We got the cheese dip appetizer, chicken and rice, and bugu kebab. The vinegar in the side of Z’s salad was a little strong, but no other complaints. 10/10!! We finished off with pistachio baklava and I nearly cried because I’ve been searching for the perfect baklava without pecans (allergies).

I’m so happy we decided to try this place rather than playing dinner safe.

My dad and I ate at Zeeyum for the first time last night and it was the best food we’ve had in Greensboro in a long time! The staff was wonderful. A man and a woman that I presume (but not certain) are the owners were great; explaining things on the menu and a very funny story about why Raki is called “Lion’s milk.” If you like anise, try the Raki along with the Meze Plate! Amazing! For entrees my dad had the Bugu Kebab with lamb and I had the Veggie Pide- both outstanding. For dessert we split the baklava sampler plate. Don’t skip dessert. We ate too much but enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Greensboro foodies, do not sleep on this place! I’ll be back soon.

Always an amazing experience. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you had the best experience possible.
He went to every single table and chat with everyone.
The food is good as well. Chicken wrap was a bit mild for me and we tried something new which was different. It was turkey bacon with dates inside and the green sauce they served with that was extremely spicy but so good.
Live singing, amazing selection of desserts, friendly owner- what more could a customer want.
Highly recommended.

When we arrived we had reservations on a Sunday and we were sitted immediately, however, it wasnt busy at the time.
The waitress was nice and took our order. The waitress didn’t check on us frequently. They offered a sample of a new bread which was very good. Servings were large. They did have a computer gadget that when we were ready to pay we touched and it would light up. Probably should have for service as well when you needed something.
All in all a good experience.

Not sure what the other “Karen’s comment” was about but the food here blew me away. Looks like a family owned restaurant to me. The Lamb Bugu, which I never found anywhere before, was perfect, balanced and flavorful! The desserts were not too sweet that I would have almost finished everything if I hadn’t had dinner with friends later. I can’t recommend it enough. Just look at the photos.

This place is my new favorite in NC. We ordered Adana durum, pide with kofte, eggplant salad and pita chips. All of them were very delicious and authentic. Service is quick, staff is very friendly, portions are generous, and restrooms are very clean. 10/10.
