So Zeerover, the internet famous fish shack. We gave it a try. The tldr version is , would I wait a hour to eat there again? No. Was the food good and plentiful yes. We had the Tuna and shrimp with sides. Both tasty if a bit over cooked if I had to say. Tuna was a tad dry. Shrimp a bit tough like what happens if you cook it a little too long. The seasonings were really good. So would I go back. Sure, if the wait was 15-20 minutes. P.S. the oceanfront seating is awesome.

Long line but so worth the wait. Freshest fish we have ever had. The boats bring it right up to be cleaned and cooked. We had fish if the day ,shrimp and plantains. Homemade icee for dessert. Definitely a must stop!!

Line can get fairly long. I would say I waited 35-50 mins to order and receive my food.

However the service and staff was very nice and helpful throughout. Super fresh fish

Highly recommend this place

One of my favorite eats in Aruba! Perfect, lightly battered fresh, fried fish. An amazing island treat where you can eat right along the water.

We had wahoo, barracuda, and shrimp all cooked to perfection!

What a neat experience! The catch of the day is truly fresh; you actually get to choose your fish raw, shrimp too. We had fries, plantains, and the tartar sauce, and everything was delicious. This place is as much about the experience as the food: there are sinks to wash up before and after, and you eat out of one big bin. It’s wonderful food, a little messy, and totally fun. Worth it, 100%. Beautiful view at sunset too.

Great half pound fresh shrimp and half pound catch of the day (Mahi Mahi) feed 3 people plus fries, coleslaw, side salad
We arrived at noon when opened so 2 minute wait to get table outside overlooking the water.
We all had a fruit popsicle while waiting for lunch to arrive
Only thing that would have made it perfect would be if fish was pan fried not deep fried . Still delicious but more healthy if not deep fried.

Fabulous counter service restaurant where fresh catch of the day (mahi mahi amd tuna for us) and shrimp are available. Laid back atmosphere at picnic tables on a dock and dockside deck. $10 per person for food for us, ordering fish and multiple sides. Glorious lunch. It opens at 11. We arrived at 11:45 with no problem securing a table, although the ordering line was pretty long as we left.

Very cool place. Locals told us to try here and it was a good experience.. For the price you get a lot of seafood. Not a lot of options but what they do serve is fresh and good. Good drink prices too.

We sat on the dock and enjoyed the evening. Would return here again and we could see why the locals like it.

I enjoyed the experience.
You wait in line to choose fresh fish and shrimp, and the amount you pick is weighed on the spot. What you selected is then fried right away for you to eat.
The positives are that the food is very fresh! The shrimp are huge and the price is VERY affordable.
However, I felt that everything had the same flavour… fried, with a kind of chimichurri sauce on top, and the shrimp are not so cleaned (the vein is still there). I also didn’t like having to wait an hour in line, in the heat, just to choose my meal.

I loved the fact that you eat with your hands, no fuss! There are several sinks to wash your hands afterward!
It’s worth the experience.

Long line. Totally worth it.
Simple menu: fish catch of the day and/or shrimp. Simple sides. All delicious. Tuna was overcooked but still so good. Great atmosphere, very fun for both children and adults.
