One of the BEST HOT CHICKEN spots I have ever had! And that’s because I am from the South. So happy we checked out the reviews before heading to Zectos. The customer service was excellent too. The young man at the register was very accommodating and polite! The flavor was amazing and weren’t greasy! If I ever come back to Fullerton, I will definitely be stopping back in for some hot chicken

Loved that they had a drive thru! …It’s not going to be Dave’s Hot Chicken but not a fan of sweet and savory. Mac and cheese had the right texture and consistency, not too saucy and al dente but lacked flavor. Fries were ever so slightly crunchy and not soggy upon arrival at home and still warm and good seasoning. Shake was better than the cookie. Cookie was thick and dry. Got the sandwich, too much breading and the buns made it overwhelming to my liking, eventually just at the tender. Tender is juicy – although didn’t taste as mild as I would like. I could inhale and taste the powder. It was worth a try though’

I ordered the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich (which came with fries) as well as the Nashville Two Piece Tenders (which came with white bread). The flavors of the fried chicken was excellent; I would highly recommend the tenders over the sandwich. I would also suggest the bread be buttered instead of just a piece of bread. Please keep in mind that it is somewhat difficult to find parking as there are only a limited number of spots.

While Byrd’s was plastered all over Tik Tok as having the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IN ANAHEIM, I hadn’t heard anything about Zecto. Zecto blew Byrd’s away. Not even close. As much as Byrd’s was disappointing, Zecto’s was surprising.
From the outside it might not look like much. It may just look like a new fast food chain. And maybe it is? I don’t really know. But I love hot chicken sandwiches and as I stated earlier, I was completely disappointed with ‘Anaheim’s Best!’
These guys blew me away. They’re employees were friendly. Restrooms were clean. Restaurant was clean. Prices were similar to the market. The kids meal were actual tenders and not just crappy frozen nuggets. And while the sandwich was a single chicken strip, it was larger than the average strip, making it seem like a true sandwich rather than a Byrd’s slider(which is what it should be billed as!)
I ordered the 2nd hottest level bc nobody wants to waddle around Disney the next day trying to find a restroom trying not to let lava run down your leg.
Overall, I was left feeling fulfilled and regained my faith in Anaheim Hot Chicken.

This place throws Dave’s hot chicken out the PARK. This place is so real and authentic, the flavors are genuine and best believe they use fresh ingredients. I used to think I could handle mango habanero but after coming here you know they use the real stuff cuz that was HOT also highly HIGHLY recommend their chicken and waffles and their zecto fries both were spectacular. The staff as well were so nice and accommodating it was such a nice clean place. I loved everything about Zectos. Yall gotta try them!

I got medium spicy tenders combo and zecto fries with korean chili sauce. Zecto fries were 10/10 and the tender combo was a solid 8/10. Tried the Neapolitan milkshake too and it was a 9/10. The service was 10/10! Miles above Dave’s hot chicken. Only thing it is tricky to get into the parking lot.

I’m visiting from El Paso, Texas, and I was craving chicken strips and man oh man am I glad we found this place.
First of all the chicken strips were ginormous and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was very tasty as well. The chicken and waffles did not disappoint. The waffles were fresh and fluffy. Amazing customer service! Highly recommended.

Ordered combo #2 for lunch. Chicken tender and sandwich were juicy and flavorful. The mango habanero was not very good. Fries were seasoned well but bummed combo didn’t come with a drink after spending $20 for a meal.
