This visit was mixed. The food was good but the service was terrible. I acknowledge that we ate in the bar area so service may not be the same as in the rest of the place. The servers forgot to bring us something we requested on a couple of occasions.
I had two old-fashions while there. The first was on point. The second was significantly different, not bad but definitely not the same drink.
The food that we got was very good for what we ordered. The pictures are below. Next time we go we will try to sit in the restaurant area and see if service is better.

I had an outstanding dining experience at Zea’s in New Orleans! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, but the Thai ribs were the real standout—perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. You can really tell they put care into their dishes. On top of that, the portion sizes were generous, making it a great value as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and an even better experience!

My mom and I stopped in on our way back to the airport, just happened to drive past. We were very pleasantly surprised!! We had let the server know we were in a bit of a rush and all of our food came out quick and delicious. We ordered the Thai rib stack, Asian almond shrimp and pepper jelly spinach salad. Thomas H was our server and he was very kind and took great care of us!

I came to Zea’s expecting a decent meal and basic hospitality. What I got instead was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I have ever had, entirely because of our waitress, Lauren.
From the moment she approached the table, her attitude was nasty, dismissive, and openly passive aggressive. She repeatedly reached over guests instead of speaking or excusing herself, snapped at members of my party, and at one point nearly escalated into a verbal altercation. It was beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking to witness in a restaurant like this.
When it came time to pay, she mockingly told me not to worry about tipping her because the gratuity was already included. The tone was sarcastic and rude, as if she was daring us to say something. To make matters worse, after we reported her behavior to management, she was seen openly discussing our complaint with other staff members. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and accountability.
What truly blew my mind is that after reporting her behavior, she was still allowed to continue serving our table. At that point, the rest of the night felt tense and uncomfortable. While the manager was kind enough to comp our appetizers, that did absolutely nothing to undo the fact that our entire dinner was ruined.
Lauren singlehandedly destroyed what should have been an enjoyable evening. If you are seated in her section, prepare yourself for attitude, hostility, and zero respect. We will not be returning, and if you value your dining experience, you may want to think twice as well.

This is by far one of FAVORITE places to dine out at when meeting up with friends. The staff is always nice, helpful and very pleasant. The ambiance is always amazing. 10/10 recommend coming here for any type of gathering, celebration, or date night.

Come hungry! Big portions. We had the rotisserie chicken, ribs, and ribeye, then shared everything. Sides of seasoned potatoes, corn grits, collard greens, redbeans and rice, and asian green beans were all tasty. Service was excellent. Also, strawberry cheesecake was tasty. Leftovers were great as well. Parking lot attached

Zea’s is my favorite go to restaurant for constantly offering great, tasty, quality food in a casual environment. Their menu hasn’t changed much over the years, and what they do, they do well. Zea’s also has a nice cocktail menu as well. The service is always friendly and welcoming.
