Ive been here twice, I recommend the breakfast but otherwise would go for lunch or dinner. The food takes a long time to come out, and my sandwich was extremely bland with very dry meat. The coffee is very good. My biggest complaint is the service, multiple mistakes made with my groups food and as we asked for things to be fixed it just kept getting worse.

I have ordered this sandwich in the past and it’s not supposed to be like this. They gave me chunks of the chicken breast. Like they only caught it in four different pieces and they left it extremely thick and put those pieces inside my sandwich. When I tried to eat it, the chunks were falling out. If I am not mistaking, this chicken needs to be practically shredded or cut in smaller pieces to avoid this. The sandwich was super dry in the inside. please see the photos attached. I normally don’t like to do reviews, but when I am paying money for the food I’m ordering, I will definitely post anything that they are doing wrong so that they cannot do it to other customers. Management please do something about this.

Zazas has become a Wednesday morning ritual for me as I head there just about every week. I love that they have breakfast all day long. My favorite apps are the croquettes and the empanadas. Leis greets by name at the door and she will make sure my order gets put together. They have a rewards app which is easy to use and offers great rewards. Food, service, and atmosphere are all great here.

I always order the same plate every time I dine in: ropa vieja, arroz and maduros. However, something was changed. Seasoning was different this time, rice was undercooked and beef was dry. Very disappointing.

My visit was good overall. Food was decent as well as service. The cuban was a bit crunchy in my opinion. Flavor was pretty bland but was juicy so that was nice. The fries were nothing special not bad or good. Chicken was cooked fine but truly didn’t taste like much other than the onions it was with. Portions are good for prices.

Leis is the absolute best!! Always greets with a warm smile and knows me and others by name as soon as I walk in. She is very efficient and makes the best coffee. There are other coffee shops but I only come here because the food is great, but especially because of her customer service. She is an asset to the business and the business will continue to grow because people like her.

I came in on Sunday around 5pm, the manager Frailyn immediately made me feel so welcomed. I came for a delayed valentines dinner and the staff along with manager made sure our expectations were exceeded. I would 10/10 recommend this location. The manager made sure our food came out hot and fresh 🙂

I go there almost every morning to get my coffee. Some days I go there with my son to eat breakfast and lunch. But all the employees there are nice. Ms. Leis always treats me and my son with tons of love and makes us feel at home. Plus the food is always great. No matter what, I’ll always be there for my coffee!
