Absolutely exceptional! This Mediterranean restaurant exceeded all my expectations. Every dish was vibrant, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. The hummus was incredibly smooth, the grilled meats were perfectly seasoned, and the salads tasted crisp and refreshing. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the service. Today my coworkers and I (nurses who work at the hospital) decided to try Zaytouna and we placed a big order for lunch for pickup. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered a variety of meals, and I specifically added a falafel appetizer in addition to my bowl, which was reflected in the confirmation email/receipt. However, upon receiving our food, the falafel was missing, and several other items that we ordered were incorrect or incomplete.
When we contacted the restaurant, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The person on the phone said “what do you want us to do?” They then offered to deliver the missing food, but then delivery person (who seemed to be the owner) told us we needed to pay $5 for the falafel, despite it being paid for already. When I pointed out the mistake, the driver was rude and condescending, raised his voice, threw the receipt in my face, stormed out, and even took the food with him, that I had paid for.
On top of that, the quality of the food itself was horrible; the chicken was dry and hard, the salads and dressings had no flavor, and the rice undercooked.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I have never seen a restaurant, nevertheless a small business, treat (what could’ve been) a valuable customer this way.

Our first time here and our parents live only 10 minutes away from here! I have seen it when driving through the plaza but never tried and I’m so mad we didn’t try it before. They have gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options for the bowls. It’s almost like a chipotle in the sense of you pick what you want in your bowl or pita, but the quality and flavor level is way beyond chipotle! You can sit and eat inside or take it to go. We are inside but I think next time we will order take out! Fresh and good

The pic on the left is the beef kefta bowl, with brown rice, tahini sauce, and whipped garlic. The lamb shawarma is on the right. Both are nice and tasty; it doesn’t look like it takes up much space on the tray, but they definitely filled me up. I wish they weren’t served on plastic containers even when you’re eating in the restaurant and that the music volume was a little lower, but I do like eating there.
