First of all the appetizers were so good it didn’t make my photo roll. The fresh hot pita bread was delicious with the eggplant spread. And the food just tasted so homey.

Local gem for 20+ years. Most consistent Persian restaurant in town. My cousins and I frequent this place weekly. Small restaurant sectioned inside the market. About 7-8 tables, usually always filled. Chicken soltani always ON POINT (trust me, I’m Persian)

How have I lived in Vegas all these years and never been here. The food is amazing. The service was friendly and fantastic. I loved the grocery store attachment. I was able to find all the spices and seasonings I use to cook in larger quantities with more affordable prices than Amazon or Walmart. Absolute hidden gem!

10/10 the koobidehs taste like they do in Tehran, can’t get much closer than this. Beats every kabob shop in LA, phenomenal food and service. Nice stuff Zaytoon!

I had an amazing experience at Zaytoon Restaurant, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.
The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was full of rich taste and high quality ingredients, and you can really tell that a lot of care goes into the cooking. It was hands down some of the best food I’ve had.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

Went to this place straight from Chicago.
Honestly speaking, the food here taste like they do in Tehran, Iran. It can’t get much closer than this. Beats every kabob shop in the midwest, specially Chicago ☠️. Staff did a great job. Big Kudos to Rahmeh (not sure about the spelling) who took great care of us with her kindness and being attentive.
Great job Zaytoon. We loved it in here.

I am writing to let you know that the food at your restaurant is amazing; it is truly the best Mediterranean food I have had in a long time.

The service is also top-notch, as the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Additionally, I find the prices to be very fair. This is definitely going to be my new regular spot.

Been meaning to try this restaurant and finally did!
Saam was our server, he was very friendly, quick and attentive, we never had to ask for a refill he was on it!

What we ordered:
1.) Baba Ghanoush $6.99 my friend said was not bad.
2.) Hummus $6.99 had a nice garlic flavor.
3.) Falafel appetizer $6.99 my friend size was small but they were tasty.
4.) Beef Shish Kebab $20.99 my friend said his dish was good.
5.) Lamb Shish Kebab $20.99 my lamb was a bit overcooked and lamb was a bit tough in texture, just ok.
6.) Lentil soup $7.99 my friend said that the soup was well seasoned and tasty.

We also went to the grocery section on the other side. The Cashier was friendly and helpful.

WOW. This rivals the Persian food and kosher markets in LA. What a great family-owned, local business. I got the koobideh one day and the chicken kabob the other day. Each are around $18. You get great rice, and roasted vegetables. Sumac is on the tables. I also had tea and their baklava, which was made just perfectly. AMAZING service, very kind servers and great vibe inside. Lots of seating too.
