The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was full of rich taste and high quality ingredients, and you can really tell that a lot of care goes into the cooking. It was hands down some of the best food I’ve had.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Honestly speaking, the food here taste like they do in Tehran, Iran. It can’t get much closer than this. Beats every kabob shop in the midwest, specially Chicago ☠️. Staff did a great job. Big Kudos to Rahmeh (not sure about the spelling) who took great care of us with her kindness and being attentive.
Great job Zaytoon. We loved it in here.
The service is also top-notch, as the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Additionally, I find the prices to be very fair. This is definitely going to be my new regular spot.
Saam was our server, he was very friendly, quick and attentive, we never had to ask for a refill he was on it!
What we ordered:
1.) Baba Ghanoush $6.99 my friend said was not bad.
2.) Hummus $6.99 had a nice garlic flavor.
3.) Falafel appetizer $6.99 my friend size was small but they were tasty.
4.) Beef Shish Kebab $20.99 my friend said his dish was good.
5.) Lamb Shish Kebab $20.99 my lamb was a bit overcooked and lamb was a bit tough in texture, just ok.
6.) Lentil soup $7.99 my friend said that the soup was well seasoned and tasty.
We also went to the grocery section on the other side. The Cashier was friendly and helpful.
