So I have to admit this was my first visit to Zaxby’s. I only wish I’d had done this sooner. The fries are amazing! I love that seasoning, the chicken. I can’t imagine making it any better than that.. raising canes is one of my addictions and I have to say I don’t know if I could choose between the two… If Zaxby’s had sauce as good as the cane sauce, I think raising Cane’s would be in a lot of trouble… The chicken was so juicy and delicious. I couldn’t find one flaw. Everything was perfection… Thank you so much Zaxby’s. I will be returning probably frequently…

I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about there fried chicken. And this was the first time I had the chance to taste it. OMG!!!! The chicken sandwich was so juicy and not too salty. I tried it with and with out the dipping sauce. And to tell you the truth it was perfect fine without adding any more sauce. I also got to try the white cheddar cheese curds. Also yummy. But you want to eat them when they are fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were also very clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just wish you had a location in California.

Order was entered perfect on the receipt, but when I got it I had 3 House Zalads instead of 1 House and 2 Cobb, I had asked for no cheese and an extra egg on the House, there was no cheese and no eggs, and one of the other Zalads had a human hair in it :/

We love Zaxbys food but the restaurant in Cedar City is an extremely dirty and gross. The entrance door window is smeared with a greasy film and is not at all inviting. The tables are always dirty and splattered with the previous diners remnants. The bathroom wreaks of urine and walls are grossly dirty. The push bar door handle on the entrance door is caked with filth and sticky residue. Please for the love of god clean the touched surfaces more thoroughly and make this an inviting atmosphere.
The simple act of cleaning will make this place a much better dining experience.

I was let down by the food. The portions were good and workers were nice, though. The soda machine was broken, there was water leaking from the door where the workers go into the kitchen so that was off putting. Won’t be back to this location.

Chicken was freshly cooked, fries is a bit cold. Only thing I was very disappointed is when they didn’t say that their carbonated soda machine are not working and just the juice ones are available. Found out after I sat down and about to grab drinks.

Came here on a recommendation, seemed interesting inside, funny posters and company lingo on signs around the interior. Food, pretty standard for a chicken restaurant- Wings/fingers and all the related derivatives. The sauces, a little confusing- most places that offer a variety of sauces, usually provide a description of said sauces, and their varying degrees of heat, but not in this case, so I was relegated to choose from their list, I chose Tongue Torch, which I assumed to be hot.
The first problem: both sets of wings we ordered, ice cold, even the outside sauce was cold, the internal temperature was barely lukewarm. So, after ordering 10 wings, sadly, I could only get 5 down, before refusing to eat anymore.
The 2nd problem, the chicken fingers, super small, in my opinion. The leading national competitor, (rhymes with Blazing Chains), their fingers are at least 50% larger, just saying.
The sauces? Mediocre at best, Zaxby sauce- seemed more like Thousand island than a Canes type sauce.
There were several other things that made this visit less than optimal, the fancy soda machine, a large number of flavors were out of order, the overall dining room temperature was cool, like the ac was running to long, dining room has trash on tables, left from previous customers.
Too many things wrong, to justify. It doesn’t have to be this way, my question is where was the restaurant manager? Never saw anyone even resembling management walk the dining room or even at the counter.

Not cool – dining area was filthy and had to clean it up myself before eating. Person taking orders was rude with 0 customer service. Food was just ok.
