Food: we ordered the 20 piece chicken strips. It was fresh, light and crispy. We tried their sauce and it was nice with a zang to it. I wish I would have asked for variety sauce. Fries were slightly seasoned with a salty sweet bbq flavour. It was a nice surprise. Toast was your usual restaurant toast.
Funnel cake was average, crispy, sweet.
however.. if I want a funnel cake, I would definitely go thru the drive through to order one.
Service: cashier was super nice and patient since we were new to Zaxby’s. Waiting time for our food was about 5 minutes, not bad at all.
Atmosphere: very clean, comfy and the decor was welcoming, more of a southern feel… almost like a fast food version of a dine in restaurant comparable to maybe CHILI’S or applebeesz

I got my Uber eats order and gave yall a 5 star before actually sitting down to eat because it smelled so good and looked good until I bit in and I am disappointed in the taste it leaves in my mouth and the food was soggy and stale tasting. Horrible food, I will not be ordering from here again. It was only fries, Texas toast and fried pickles…disgusting.

Very clean place! I went in at night and it was a great experience. They have an amazing, hardworking, friendly and thoughtful staff. Top notch customer service from team member Kris. She’s great at her job and made the overall experience so much better. She deserves all the recognition for her hard work, friendliness, dedication and customer service. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. This is my favorite Zaxbys location in the valley !

Zaxbys really does have the best wings around. And yes I have tried them at plenty of other places. The salads are great too and before you think I should hand in my ‘man card’ I just point out that they have grilled or fried chicken pieces added too. Plenty of sauces to choose from. Never super busy and always easy to get a table. A good location as well.

Fast, friendly service! They had my food out to me in under 5 minutes! The food was good, their menu is comparable to Raising Cane’s, but Cane’s was definitely one step up, though also a tad more expensive. Overall good! I would eat here again!

I LOVE their loaded fries with extra bacon. It makes a great meal or half meal. Their lemonade is tasty and the cheesecake bites are perfect with the strawberry sauce.

Just went on Feb 1st at 3:19pm and the chicken tenders were dry and old tasting and the fries were burnt crispy no seasoning on them no big deal but to top it off there was hair in the drink that I drank out of that just made me sick. But it was 15.35 spent and they won’t answer the phone just rings then stops, I want a refund I should have just went to the Taylorsville location.
