Well for starters more of the employees seemed to be chilling in the lobby than working. It was dead inside but still took around 15 minutes for our food. Food wasn’t bad, it was fresh, however it would have been nice to get my whole order of fried cheese curds. Also seems your employees could actually you know, work instead of sitting around gossiping.

First time at Zaxby’s on North Freeway. Use to go to the Louetta Rd, when living near Cypresswood Dr. Here, wings weren’t tender as other stores. But tenders are always cooked to perfection, better than Canes to me, no sauce needed. But Zax sauce always a plus. Heat was a little extreme inside based on 61 degrees temperature outside. Will give this store another try before giving a better review. Finally got the thermostat up a little after telling an employee, much better, thanks.

Ordered the 6 finger plate. Got one large and 4 shrimp sized pieces of stale chicken. I paid $16.68 for the meal and a large tea. I would’ve gotten more chicken from a 10 piece nugget at McDonald’s. Called the phone number from their website to try and get it made right, phone number disconnected. Not to mention, it took long, my tea was warm, and there was no ketchup for the fries. Just a huge bummer

The most disgusting wings I’ve ever bought! The wings were feathered, dry and very stiff. The salad was also very simple. It’s the most useless waste of $40 in my life, I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Very slow service. It wasn’t even packed and it took almost 20 minutes for our for to come out. We frequent Zaxby’s, (not this one), but he chicken fingers were unusually small. I ordered a small cup of coleslaw and they barely put anything in it. IDK maybe it was an off night ♀️

Zaxby’s was the single worst fast food experience we’ve ever had.
It was expensive for just two combo meals.
After we paid, we were told there would be a “slight wait” for chicken tenders, which was odd for a place with a pretty limited menu. That should have been the first sign.
Both of our soft drinks were bad.
We then waited 19 minutes. I finally went inside, and the employees had no sense of urgency. There were four bags of food sitting on the counter, including ours, just waiting there.
After we left and drove down the road, we found out the “chicken strips” were basically glorified chicken nuggets. They were not worth the price at all. The fries were cold too.
Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish.
I would avoid this location. There are too many other decent fast food options in the area.

I went to this location today at 10:30 AM. Keep in mind they open at nine so whatever I got should’ve been fresh and it was not fries were warm. Wings were warm. Toast was just bread that I know was sitting under the lamp. I asked for coleslaw no fries she charged me for coleslaw and fries. I got a strawberry lemonade and that was the best thing out of the entire meal but for $15, I will not be returning first and last trip very disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience. We arrived during business hours and the doors were locked, yet there was clearly a family still inside. An employee came to the door and said they were closed on the inside , but then told us she would check to see if we could still come in. She never came back to update us or even acknowledge us again.
It was cold outside, and I was there with my husband and our four kids. Standing outside waiting with no communication or courtesy was frustrating and honestly very unprofessional. A simple explanation or clear communication would have gone a long way.

Just received my Uber eats from this store and I received my combo with my fries and my drink looks opened. I tried calling the store and no one is answering!!!!! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! So ghetto and unprofessional on Zaxby’s behave.

Always had great experience here until this time……. I stopped in and ordered my Kickin Chicken combo which is my favorite but they were out of Zaxby’s sauce that I love to dip my fries in……. Drink machine in lobby was out of order so I asked fit sweet tea from the back……. They were out so I asked for Dr Pepper and guess what…….. Out of Dr Pepper as well…….. Hopefully they get it straightened out before I visit again which I plan on doing again
