I use to love zaxbys and I would get it every other week, one of my favorite fast food spots but now the prices went up I paid almost 20 dollars for a wing n thing and then they gave me the smallest tenders of all time, like come on if your gonna raise the prices the least you could do is give us good quality…

On top of that, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was polite, patient, and eager to help, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

I placed an order and my order was wrong. I didn’t notice it until I got home. My fault for not checking before I left. But I took the order back , untouched, and the person at the register took the food back and was going take the tenders out the box and toss them instead of remaking the meal. I had to tell him to remake the meal they messed up. Food handling services 1 on 1. Smh

Wish I could give 0 stars after what I witnessed today! Went to get 3 cookie butter milkshakes for my kids paid and everything and was asked to move up and they would bring it out! Not even a minute go by the guy says oh I wasn’t aware our machine was broke but we can offer lemonade and tenders. Cool at least he tried cause he didn’t know I acknowledged that but my kids didn’t want that so I said can I get a refund he said yes. Although I paid with card I ask can I get my refund in cash because I didn’t want to wait the 3 business days. He said yes then sends his manager Trell to my car after he told me to circle back around the drive through to get my refund. Trell says you can’t get your refund in cash cause you didn’t pay with cash. First off why do you have an ATTITUDE! I’m the one who was inconvenienced! Not only did he have attitude I was told I had to go inside to get MY refund! It’s just 3 days as if he knows my situation! Rather it was 3 hours everyone should have been informed the machine was down before taking my money! I go in the restaurant he is nowhere to be found then I finally see him he is not moving with no sense of urgency or showing any empathy cause at this point my girls are upset! Even with TRELL being a manager he definitely wasn’t moving like a leader! I’m big on customer service and I mean this Zaxby will NEVER get a dollar out of me again! But shoutout to Elizabeth the cashier who took care of me! Have better leaders Zaxby! Do better!

I’m standing here being actively ignored at the cash register while drive through orders are being taken before I am even being acknowledged as being present in the store. Chandler is managing the drive through. I don’t know about the food here, but I won’t be ordering any. I’ve been here for 10 minutes and I am not so hungry anymore. This zaxbys has slowly gone down hill within the last couple of months. There is not a time or day where you can go to zaxbys and not have to be parked. It is utterly ridiculous how unprofessional they have gotten and the wait times. The only thing they have on the menu is chicken. Why are we waiting 10 plus minutes for chicken strips? I am currently parked outside of zaxbys right now and they have walked up to my car and asked me about three different meals that aren’t mine.
