Got a blue Salad, the portion was huge! Could easily fed two average eaters. Salad was good, not freshly chopped but it was fairly fresh. Chicken was good and it came with two packets of dressing. Overall was good.

Originally I started to place an order online and then go pick it up. I am glad I didn’t. When I ordered at the drive through I was told they were out of shrimp, egg rolls and strawberry lemonade. These are all things I originally started an online order for. I ended up with the 4 piece chicken strip meal, regular lemonade, cheese bites, and the chocolate chip cookies. My cashier person was super nice btw and wish I had gotten her name. The food for me was just ok. It wasn’t horrible, but it also wasn’t anything that I’d just have to have again. The chicken strips were on the smaller side and tasted only slightly better than Raising Canes chicken.. and yes the sauce makes it for these as well. The fries were ok, but at least had some seasoning. The toast was buttered and had good flavor. The coleslaw was the same as your typical coleslaw. The cheese bites were just not very tasty to me. It’s something with the batter that I did not enjoy. The cookies were ok. The regular lemonade was very delish and I would get it again or frozen next time just to try it out. This was my first visit to any Zaxbys. Most of the hype I’ve heard I’d for the salads. Maybe I should ha e gotten one to see, because overall for what I got and what I paid, I probably wouldn’t be so quick to come back again. For reference I speak $21 and some change for everything mentioned.

Restaurant was very clean, but the overall experience was less than good. The chicken strips were good but super small. Fried pickles had no flavor and were greasy. The fries were soggy and not crisp! The price of the food definitely was not worth it, way too expensive. Would not recommend Zaxbys and won’t be back.

First time in here after letting the opening hype die down. Had a 4 finger tender plate with large fry and drink, with cheddar bites and a chocolate chip cookie. Chicken was good. Fries were (unknowingly) seasoned but still good. Came with slaw and bread but I don’t eat slaw and I had enough food to not touch the bread. The cheddar bites were good, I suggest have someone to split them with. The good was good as well. I will motify my order in the future as was a lot at the end of the day but still good overall.

Look at this half assed thrown together Cobb Zalad…..what the hell I say I’m allergic to tomatoes and it looks like y’all just picked them off the Zalad. Cucumbers are literally transparent which means they are clearly passed their health dept regulated shelf life either that or your holding compartment is not holding the right temperature securely and accurately at all times. $15 zaxbys? Really? Would pay $15 for this sad excuse for a salad?

Tried this place yesterday (2/29/24). Went through the drive through at 11 a.m. and ordered the 4 strip combo and a funnel cake. The strips were a bit tough, I ate one and gave the rest to my dogs. The fries were okay. Coleslaw was good, toast was fine. When it came to the funnel cake, it was HARD AS A ROCK!! Completely inedible. When I squished it between my fingers it just turned to dust. Funnel cakes are not supposed to be hard and crunchy.
