Zaxby’s in Moore was overall okay, but the service could use improvement. Even though there was no one ahead of us, we waited about 5–8 minutes before being helped. The lady working the drive-thru could have assisted the young woman at the front register, especially since there was no one in the drive-thru at the time. Instead, she didn’t acknowledge us and stood chatting with the cook.
Thankfully, the young lady at the front register was very apologetic and took care of us once she was able. The food itself was good, but I’d love to see more teamwork among the staff here.

DELICIOUS CHICKEN. CLEAN DINING AREA, KITCHEN, AND BATHROOMS! The manager was very kind and attentive. It really felt like a nicer restaurant than the more expensive places. They are truly punching above their class in food quality, price, and dining experience. ALSO IT WAS VERY FAST. WE DIDN’T FINISH GETTING OUR DRINK BEFORE OUR MEAL WAS READY AND EVERY BITE WAS WARM. Try the cookies.

Elijah/Elisha the cashier/server… he was really nice and patient. He knows the menu very well. His demeanor is great. The fries have delicious seasoning, straps are juicy. I do not recommend the boneless wing, you should do bone in. Toast was so good we ordered more. Establishment is clean and the decor is nice. Great music. Good location. They do have some cool items besides chicken on their menu.

No one was in the drive thru except us. Order was taken and we had to pull around front and wait an additional 10 minutes. Again there was no line. I ordered a 4 piece tender with no coleslaw, extra toast. Order came out with coleslaw so I’m confused how this happened when the order took so long to come out. My boyfriend ordered the wings and things. His food was fine but his sweet tea was spoiled. The peach tea is much better.

The cheddar bits were delicious, the chicken strips were extremely hot, must have just came out of the fryer, but rather have them hot than any other way. Buffalo Wings were not much to talk about, not much flavor besides the sauce. Fries were also good.

I have no idea how so many fried chicken strip restaurants successfully exist in Moore but having variety is nice. Zaxby’s by far has the most inviting interior and the menu offers more to choose from than Slim Chickins and Cane’s. The chicken strips are small but tasty. Make sure you snag a dinner-size portion if you’re hungry. Those start at 7.99 for four strips and two sides. Sweet tea is brewed and legit. Dipping sauce is okay but has a lot of additives and is served in a blister tub, unlike Canes’ that’s made in-house fresh.
Overall a very clean place to enjoy some chicken and hearty side items. Staff is extremely friendly.

I have been to many Zaxby’s and this one is the absolute best! Upon arrival I was Greeted by Quatisha and Laron. They are very friendly and made a few recommendations. The food was piping hot as it ALWAYS is which is one reason I keep coming back! The boneless special was less than $4 and came with a drink! The restaurant was spotless and not a single thing out of place. I would highly recommend this Zaxby’s location to ALL of my friends and family!! The customer service here is absolutely wonderful A+++

A bit disappointed to say the least. We always get lunch from here and decided to go for dinner this evening. Big mistake. We “went big” to get the large fries and large drinks and were given smaller fries than usual and even a smaller amount! Not only that but we ordered 4 sauces and no, they didn’t charge us ( as expected) or give us any that we ordered. Absolutely unbelievable experience when this is one of our favorite places. This photo is 2 meals worth of a “large” fries. It’s ridiculous. It’s less than you normally get and not even the same style of fry we normally get- they’re usually very large seasoned crinkle cut fries, not a small crinkle cut with hardly any seasoning at all.
