I haven’t had Zaxby’s in so long! Today I came in so excited to be back in here. The cashier exceeded my expectations! She was so kind & helpful. I cannot express enough how great she made my experience. I believe her name tag said Cheyenne. Please tell her I said thank you & that I will definitely be back!

First few door is broken and I thought the restaurant was closed and was about to leave then I pulled it open. I told the cashier and she laughed about it. Meanwhile I went and opened the door for 5 to 6 customers who were leaving. Fix your door ASAP would be my advice.
We got our food quick, it was hot and very tasty but the table, booths and dining room was dirty! The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. You’ve got a few tweaks to get up to Zaxby’s standard and I’m pulling for ya!

I had never had a problem with this store but today was one of my worst experiences. I ordered my food at 11:56 and it was 12:26 I still had not received my order. I ordered the Cobb salad but they gave me the house salad. I ate the house salad anyway which tasted good, because I didn’t want to wait anymore. The lobby was filled with mostly door dash orders and people who called ahead. It seemed to me the staff was cared more about getting those orders in instead of the customers who were in the dining area. The only thing I liked about the atmosphere was there was Christian music playing.

Visited this chicken strip chain for lunch and it honestly isn’t bad compared to some of the other chicken chains. They only offer strips and the only bone-in chicken pieces they offer are traditional wings. The strips are good though and they have a nice selection of dipping sauces. They also have some good sandwiches and salads they make using the strips.
If you have larger crowds to feed, they have a couple different family-sized meals too and they do catering. The sides include things like french fries, cole slaw, fried pickles, and cheese bites and most are good too. They offer desserts like cookies and milkshakes and often have seasonal items too.
Overall, not a bad chicken spot.

I love Zaxbys. But this one I’m trying not to let ruin my feelings. Took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter and acknowledge me. I came back to the counter because they forgot one of our sauces. Nobody came up. There was a lady waiting for someone to take her order. She said someone walked by her twice and then disappeared. I went behind the counter and grabbed the sauce I needed and no one noticed. The food waa dry and tasteless. The fries are always the best though. First time I’ve been to that location and sadly I may not go back.

I’d heard that Zaxbys has great salads so, I figured, I like salad, I’ll try it. I paid $15 for a salad and a diet lemonade. They were both mediocre at best. I doubt seriously I’ll ever go back.

I ordered my food online and I figured since it’s something simple like a chicken sandwich it shouldn’t take them long…everyone else that came inside has gotten their food and ate…a couple that had just came into the store got their food before me and I waited 32 mins for a freaking chicken sandwich…I will NEVER go back to zaxbys especially this location

Ordered 2 salads, and a couple other items in drive thru. Asked for 2 salad dressings for each salad. Order taker assured me they always give 2 dressings, and would make sure this time too, as she was the manager. Got home…no dressing at all. I called manager and she said, I didn’t fill the order. All I can say is come back up and we’ll give you the dressing. Other than that, all I can say is I’m sorry. Salad was good, but had to come up with something out of my fridge for dressing. Very disappointing for a $30+ meal

This is probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I assume it was an off night for the kitchen, but this sandwich features soggy bread and dry, cold chicken. If I wasn’t so hungry, I wouldn’t have eaten it. Every bite tastes of the regret of not just having gotten Taco Bell.

Ordered from the drive thru and when I got home my order was wrong, missing an item, and my egg rolls were burnt. When I called the store, the manager answered, he told me they cook them to the time they are supposed and doubt they were actually burnt. He then proceeded to tell me I have 48hrs to pick up the replacement for the egg rolls. When I asked why the time limit, the answer was “That’s the way we do it.” Then he hung up.
