Terrible food. Tastes off. We are normally fans of Zaxby’s, but most definitely not this one. We were concerned about eating the food and it possibly getting us sick (especially the Cole slaw. see the pic). The drinks had basically no syrup in either one in our order.

When I first came to this location there food was hot and seasonal correct both toasted bread for my sandwich meal, now I received the last 3 times cold bread not toasted or only 1 bread for my sandwich meal cold fries unseason. You asked and pay for extra seasonal just to get none at all. When you call to inform them of the nonsense line busy for over a hours. This location has falling off. Whoever use to cook they need them back fired whomever with this nonsense. Beyond sad to know this place only has certain food either a chicken sandwich or chicken tender with a bread on the side. Get it together far from hard.

This place was terrible! Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip the cook found the smallest strips I belong he could possibly find. The fry’s tasted like they were freezer burnt. No condiments are out. I asked for some ketchup and the lady said sure you can have a couple packs of handed me three.. The staff was very rude. Don’t recommend eating here this will be my first and last time. Work very close to this place and typically I love zaxbys I bet if management was probably replaced really could be a good place to eat! Would love o have my money refunded honestly! Don’t want ti cause a scene

My coworker purchased the Cajun Sandwich meal with delivery through Door Dash. When I received the meal it was very unpleasing. There was no spicy sauce, the tomatoes were the ones at the top, the lettuce was skimpy. I spoke with Barbara the manager and she was not apologetic or seemed like she wanted to help.

Ordered the 4 piece plate (sub fries for slaw) with no drink and the 3 nibblerz with no drink.
One, they were out of zax sauce, so we almost just left, but settled for the spicy zax (which was actually preferable to me).
Two, they said we’d be charged less for no drinks, but upon looking at the receipt, it was full price.
Three, and this is the major issue, the strips were half as long as anything they have listed on their site. Literally, they were nugget sized (see picture).
So we paid $20 dollars for 7 nuggets and a bunch of fries.
Will not return, even though the taste was very good.

The reviews and rating doesn’t add up. No one answers when calling either. Found a fly in my salad, it was smashed and at the bottom. Looked some more and what do you know, another fly. They can keep the 7$ because they’ll never get my money again. Time to start eating at home people.

Waited at the order menu for 5 mins no response went to the window nobody there but they have 3-4 employee cars. I look its employees hanging out behind the dumpster. I circle around to see whats the hold up & get back in line & 1 runs over & says they have no manager. The person isn’t here yet. They couldve said something instead of hiding behind the trash can & letting the line build!!

I received stale fries, rubbery chicken and I didn’t get any of the sauces I ordered. Definitely a disappointment. Zaxby’s use to be one of my favorite places to go to in Maumelle.
