This location is HOR-RIBLE!! Whoever the little boy was in the drive thru taking orders, waving at cars as they left on Saturday 2-21-2026 with the braids looking like Cleo from Set it Off needs training in customer service as it is a skill he does not have. Didn’t finish my order but judging off my first impression im sure the food was just as bad as the employees attitude. No I do not, would not and could not recommend this location.

I like their *Zalads* and their sandwiches but their portions are hit or miss. And I don’t mind small portions because due to GI issues I can’t eat a large bolus of food at one sitting, but if I pay for large I do expect more. I usually order large fries to take a few and give the rest to my kids. Also their salads are hit or miss with how full or not the salad container is. :((

I see why this chain is on its last leg. Never receive everything I pay for when ordering from this location. There are never any straws, napkins, or even the correct sized drink when ordering from this location. You can’t even get dipping sauce with your chicken

The french fries were cold and hard to chew. The chicken was hard and warm. Chicken tasted like old grease. The cashier was very friendly. It was our first visit and our last. The prices were high considering what little you got and getting cold fries and warmed up chicken.

My first and my last time visiting this chain.
My fries were undercooked, the seasoning is good, bet they actually taste good if they were cooked all the way. Then my chicken was hard, I’m so glad we chose to dine in because they didn’t even offer sauce the chicken tenders and when I asked if I could have one I was charged .25cent then when I we asked for ketchup packets we were given 1 per person. I know times are hard but that’s not where you make budget cuts. The employees were very rude, especially they young girl who took my order, she might want to be checked for an eye rolling problem. What made me most irritated was my child’s food, the grilled cheese wasn’t cooked fresh, it was room temp, it’s pretty bad when a 7yr old asks if there is a microwave so they can heat their sandwich up.
Years ago I knew many people who would drive hours out of their way to eat at this chain but that’s not the case anymore.
