I recently placed an order 11/23 a mobile order to be exact with them. Went through the drive thru to pick up order they pulled me up I waited 45min before an employee passed by my car to ask did I need anything I said umm yes my order that I have yet to receive. So she comes back out with a bag that’s soaking wet everything in bag was wet and chicken soggy I drove back around and “Tabitha” who was an on duty manager explained to me that she could not issue a refund only another manager could and she wouldn’t be in until morning. I called Back twice and spoke with Tabitha each time and still did not receive refund all she would say is I told my manager. So I decided to call corporate to file a complaint and what has corporate done? NOTHING! The customer service is terrible

1-27-2000 late lunch. This is my first time going to a Zaxby‘s. The location was really clean with a nice modern look with a really good floor plan. It felt comfortable dining in this location. The waitress at the counter was very polite and extremely helpful navigate me through the menu. The food was not bad but good enough in my eyes. I did not care for the food all that much but it was not bad. I would return to this location. Overall good job staff.

I have been ordering a grilled Cobb salad from zaxbys for over 4 yrs ..2 to 3 times a week and 1st they are the absolute best salad…well not lately…besides paying 15+ dollars for a salad and tea…my salad was pitiful..hardly any lettuce..just terrible I’m so upset with this

I am writing to report a problem with my recent purchase that occurred late yesterday afternoon.
While I consistently enjoy the food at Zaxbys and appreciate the convenience of online ordering, I was disappointed with the cheese bites I received. I ordered a meal with a half order of cheese bites plus a large order separately. The large order was significantly shorted, containing only six bites. This affected my family as we were expecting to share them. While I understand the half order was included with the meal, the “large” order was far from the expected quantity. I hope this can be addressed to ensure future orders are filled accurately. Moving forward, I’ll verify my order before leaving the restaurant. Customers appreciate QUALITY and expect to receive everything they pay for. There is really no reason to short them, especially since they spend over $25 on food. 🙁
