Never been treated with such care and politeness. For example: Makayla is the best if you don’t get her you might as well come again when she’s working! Didn’t catch the managers name but she was just as wonderful. If you get offended that’s your fault, Makayla (a young

Food was good, service was great. If I had to pick between Cane’s and Zaxby’s it will be Zaxby’s every time. What makes Zaxby’s standout is the great menu offerings, outside the box food items that’s always delicious and different. They do chicken fingers well and the limits time offer menu items are always a hit.

Stopped by this place for lunch. The dinning area was very clean and tidy because the staff members often came out from their stations to clean up after the customers left. We received our orders promptly and the chicken tenders were hot, crispy, and juicy. The fries were as good as the chicken. However, the chicken were very salty and I wouldn’t recommend them if you are on a low sodium diet.

This was our first time ever trying Zaxby’s, and the food was GREAT! The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant as a whole was excellent! We will definitely be eating here more!

I came her specifically because Google said you had fried mushrooms. There were no fried mushrooms on your menu. I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. I received a dry over cooked hard patty with 3 pickles and very little sauce. I was hungry so I ate it but it really shouldn’t have been so over cooked. I could not sub my fries for fried pickles, which is fine. But when you forgot to put them in the bag and I had to go back through the line to get them, you have defeated the purpose of your quick line. The fries were good, the tea is good, the loaded fries needed more cheese and it to be melted, these fried pickles were horrible. Too salty, way over cooked, covered in grease, and they taste weird. You are giving up quality to get food out quickly. I would much rather wait for a meal and it be done correctly then to get my meal quickly and it is missing items and everything isn’t cooked well. I do not think I will be back.

The ordering was a little rough only because the individual taking orders was new. Regardless of that rough patch, the service & food was great! The manager made sure every order was right and her customers were happy. After we ate, I placed a pickup order to go. Without realizing it my order was going to the wrong Zaxby’s location. The manager completely helped me out and called the other store! The manager went above & beyond. I truly am greatful and love the location on Barksdale. Thank You!!
