What happened to this place? Came in a few months ago and the food was so good, went back today and the food was terrible. The whole place was filthy, the customer service wasn’t great, and there was an unoccupied child in the lobby by himself. What a shame! The last time we ate here we raved about how good it was and the place was clean. Even the staff was friendly, this time the employee walked by and just stared at us. Also, is it company policy the employees are eating while helping customers? That was a bit weird! Not sure we will revisit anytime soon. If your lobby is filthy, I can’t imagine what your kitchen looks like. Our food was cold for the most part and our toast was hard and borderline burnt. We had to wipe our table and booth down before sitting down. Yuck

This is only my first visit so I don’t know how consistent this location is but our visit couldn’t have been any better. Clean facilities and good fresh food! This also might be the first time I’ve ever seen a Coke freestyle machine with every flavor available!

I ordered in the app. My food was extremely old, the bread was hard, the chicken was not fresh and literally everything from the customer service to the food was horrible! The fresh had been sitting there all day and were so dry I nearly chocked trying to eat them. I was not given any sauce nor was I offered any and I would normally get sauce with every meal! This is the store in Blanchard and I am definitely seeking a refund, I don’t want another meal if it’s going to be like this, very disappointed!! Worst $14 I ever spent!!

I witness the manager rhea speaking disrespectfully to a staff member in front of customers. We also waited forever for our food. The long wait and the way the staff member was treated made us feel uncomfortable and ruined our meal. I hope the restaurant address the manger and the customer service and improve the kitchen efficiency. Im unlikely to return unless the changes are made.

You get 1 star because the staff kids are playing the whole time waiting on your food the people can’t take simple orders I said chicken wings with bones four times they got all 3 orders wrong all boneless no dipping sauce 4 wings and exactly 6 fries 30 dollars for this trash second time at zaxbys I wouldn’t suggest this place it they was giving free food and you were starving straight up trash
