I had never eaten here before this visit. It was nice because my husband and I were the only two in the restaurant. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Tables/ booths could have used a wipe down from prior customers attendance. The food took a long time to come out. We were trying to figure out why it was taking so long since we were the only 2 in the restaurant and an occasional car through the drive thru. It’s because they made it fresh? Food was hot and incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back!

Stopped while on a quick roadtrip from Texas to Iowa. First time for a Zaxbys. If the man who took our order isn’t the manager, he should be. Super nice and helpful, extremely pleasant. Food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend and especially this location! Great experience, thank you!

Solid for quick grub! Better than Cane’s, for sure! Great sauce selection, and it was hot. Seasoned fries were a welcomed change, and the customer service was solid as well.

We must have come during break time for the cashier and the cook. The cashier was clearly in the middle of a personal phone call and was very obviously annoyed at our presence. Our food came out quickly, but that’s because it had been sitting for way too long. The food was terribly salty and most of the tables were dirty even though there was only one other table occupied. I think I understand now why the parking lot was empty and we should have taken the hint.

Zaxby’s used to be my favorite place to go to. I got where I loved it when I lived in South Carolina was excited when it came to liberty. But my most recent visit along with a couple of more since I’ve been there has gotten worse. A lot less food where you can hardly chew it. The bread was so hard. It was like a brick had to throw it out and the Zach snack that I got the chicken was a small as like a little chicken fingers and then tough to eat very disappointing for the price that you charge for the quality of food that you give out.

I am about chicken stripped out. Zaxby’s however has great. chicken fingers and the box deal is a good deal. This particular place was having employee issues that day. And the experience I had was not the greatest but they made it as painless as possible, so an a for effort

The rude lady on her phone ear piece couldn’t be bothered hardly to take our order. The food was made sometime today but not recently but it was covered up nicely with a 5 lb bag of salt. Was hoping for something I wanted to drink but most of them were out of order. 1 star is generous. Hopefully she hung up and wiped some dirty tables down for the next disappointed customers

Never had this place before. Decided to get the Wings & Things combo with BBQ boneless wings and Zax sauce to dip the tenders in. Everything was cooked well, the chicken was hot and juicy! I’m not a big fan of the Zax sauce though but that’s all opinion.
The staff were all friendly and the service was pretty fast considering everything was made fresh for me! I can see myself coming here again the next time I’m in Liberty.
