Polite, professional and quick service, it wasn’t busy. The restrooms were clean. The chicken sandwich meal was good. Great place to stop in and grab a bite.
All you can drink from the Coca-Cola fountain machine if you dine in. The dining room looked clean. Drive thru was not busy either.

Definitely need to change the oil in the fryer. The attention to detail regarding the quality of food is not something they are concerned with. There’s just not a lot of choices in Warrensburg, as it is, it’s awful that this franchise can’t get it figured out.

I usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but this visit was really disappointing. I specifically asked for my food to be made fresh, and it was obvious it wasn’t. The chicken was lukewarm, the fries were soggy, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out. I’m six months pregnant, so I try to be extra careful about what I eat, and it’s frustrating to have my request ignored when it’s about both freshness and safety.
If a customer takes the time to ask for fresh food, especially for health reasons, it shouldn’t be a problem. This experience really made me lose confidence in this location’s care and attention to customers.

Ordered a wings and things meal and it lokey looked like they gave me the scraps in the very back. The “tenders” which half weren’t even full tenders I more got popcorn chicken, were very underwhelming. For $14 this is pretty disappointing. Cashier was lovely tho

Always clean, food is fresh. Theres no good places for fast food fried chicken in Warrensburg, so this is a good option to keep you from having to drive an hour out of your way.
Edit: Its been about 6 months since my review. Today I went through drive thru and was admittably a little disappointed. Chicken was cold, and drink had so much ice I only got a few sips before it was gone. I usually dont get coleslaw, but forgot to have it taken off, and ended up eating a little bit… with my fingers, because there was no fork or spoon.

Brought my family out as a recommendation. I met Jonathan at the counter. He took our order and answered any question we had. As well as fulfilled any specific requests with our meal. All staff were professional, building was clean and friendly. I thought prices were reasonable and fair. Very good experience, I would easily recommend Zaxby’s again.
