I posted this on Google maps as it was my first time eating here. A few days ago I ordered and dined in. Customer service was very friendly and attentive. The order was very prompt. By the time I made my soft drink and sat down, my order was up. The food was very hot and fresh. The atmosphere was very pleasing and warm. The food was delicious. IT was zesty, but not spicy. I would definitely recommend this eatery.

I ordered my food today for lunch through my company. I ordered chicken fingers plate with No Cole slaw as I can not have it. Not only did I get it I got DOUBLE of it. I ordered 6 chicken fingers I was given four and they were so thin. It was through door dash Y’all have to do better and it was at the start of the morning so I’m unsure why this happened. Great place for high quality food without a high price. The fries are really good, they have a seasoning that takes them up a notch. Salad was bigger than I had expected and was enough for two meals. Chicken sandwich was big and juicy. Wings were really good as well.

Food wasnt hot as it should be expected. Sandwich was warm and the fried were on the cold side. Got fried pickles and they were so greasy. One thing that was amazing was the Cobb salad.

Zaxbys is usually not to bad but this time was not a good experience. The boneless wings was room temp and really dry. The fries were cold. The strips were warm and not to dry though. This was my first time trying the funnel cake and honestly it looks better in this picture than it did in person.

First time ever eating zaxbys, the fries were room temp and my beverage was loaded to the top of the cup with ice so of course my beverage was watered down. The chicken was decent though.

First time I’ve ordered food because of a TV commercial!! They were advertising the Fried Asian Chicken Salad with an Egg Roll. The salad also had some asian slaw in the middle and then they drizzled a teriyaki sauce over the salad and provided 2 ample asian dressing packets and there was plenty of chicken too!! All the lettuce was fresh! It was really awesome!! I loved it!! I got it through Door Dash and the whole thing from ordering to my door was 25 minutes!! Awesome service, great food!! The chicken was real chicken, not that pieced together junk most fast places try to pass of as chicken. I’ll eat their food again, for sure!
