Just tried your food five minutes ago ordered five chicken tenders only get four so I won’t be coming back, fries, soggy and cold and I was so looking forward to this, but the guy in the drive-through was extremely pleasant.

I got a salad. I did not care for it all. The sauce on top of the chicken took the flavor of the entire salad. It was a very small portion for the price. I will go back but will not get a salad. Was very disappointed. The Zaxby’s in Louisville was much better. Maybe as time rolls on it will be better.

The opening day everything was PERFECT. Hot fries, saucy boneless wings, great flavor. The 3 times after that it has always been bad. Cold fries and barely any sauce on the wings. So much so that I had to pay extra for more sauce just to get them to normal.

Service was good. We ate there yet somehow the food wasn’t very warm when we got it. I was a little let down but maybe my expectations were too high. Their chicken is good and when they do the breaded mushrooms – those are fire! For 3 people we spent $40-$50.

this was honestly the worst food experience i’ve ever. i got 3 chicken tenders and they counted one that was smaller than my freaking pinky. it was cold, it was soggy and the piece of toast was not toast, just bread. also one sauce for that whole meal is stupid. And it’s stupidly overpriced for the SMALL amount of food you get. Zaxbys do better.

Update: They have improved and the food is now excellent! The chicken was cooked perfectly and fresh. The bread was perfect! The fries were perfect and my coke was perfect! Incredible improvement!

I ordered the Wings n Things, and what I got was 3 pieces of chicken with the wrong sauce, and about 10 French fries in total. Worst money I’ve ever spent. The guy taking my order took 20 minutes just to get ready to take my order.

Missing food from order 2 days in a row. Yesterday we let it go, but today decided I would leave a review. It was an online order, drive thru pick up. The bags are so taped up can’t check the order in the car. Get home… missing food. Huge inconvenience and laziness on the employee. They were not busy at the time of our pick-up. Really there is no excuse.
