Red travel advisory, and insist their employees come to work. Horrible corporate greed.
It’s expensive, but everything is now. I like that they have a lot of sauce options, but I don’t like that they charge extra to sauce it for you. The food is alright. It’s fried chicken, and french fries. I do like the fried cheesecake! The salads are pretty good if you want something less fried.
Beware of the app and the time it stops taking orders. It’ll kick you to the next day if you aren’t paying attention.

I’ve came here 4 times and each time it seems to get worse. First time I got food it was right and on point. Not sure what happened shortly after opening but owners and managers should take action before we see a “For Lease” on an empty building. I asked for lettuce tomato on my sandwich and got like 2 small bits of lettuce. Do Better Zaxbys

Went through the drive-through ordered the surf and turf, and it had been cooked and setting for a while was not fresh at all. The service was pretty good and the lady was nice at drive-through but disappointed in my overall experience with this store here in Columbus. All the other Zaxby’s, I’ve been to other towns the building And atmosphere is so much better ♂️

Absolutely the worst food I’ve had in columbus yet. Tenders so soggy you can bend them,wings were hard as a rock, I didn’t get the sauces I paid extra for and to top it all off my daughter (who is a type 1 diabetic) got sweet tea instead of coke zero. Don’t waste your time at this establishment because apparently employees can’t do their simple jobs right.

Drive thru experience. I went to get my Son’s food after his trip to his Aunt’s house that day and when he returned from her home, that’s when we went to this Zaxby’s Restaurant near her place which we looked up on maps to get to. His food was hot & delicious and everything ordered was included and extra sauces & cutlery. We’ll have to continue to go here or other restaurant’s nearer to our home and probably on vacay, too; or when we’re down in that area again. Thank you to all of the staff there. They all deserve a raise!! Especially the drive thru staff!! Didn’t out atmosphere rating because it was drive thru that’s why.

Paid 34.99 for the Zax pack that comes with 20pc strips. Get told I only received 4 sauces with a 20 pc. But got 2 sauces with a 3 pc? Counted out napkins and gave us our allotment of 4! Frys were not even filled up all the way, and didnt give ketchup.
