I use them for meeting catering most months for the last few years. Normally they’re spot on. I’m not sure what’s changed, but I waited almost 30 minutes for my catering order this time. Our lettuce looking the older side, too. I’m hoping it was just an off day.

Hard to beat Zaxby’s. I’ve been enjoying this place since I first encountered it in the mid to late 90s. The strips are well seasoned and cooked, and I’ve always enjoyed the sauces (tongue-torch is my go-to). My only criticism is that they did away with the spicy fried mushrooms. Hey Zaxby’s, could you please bring those back? I’d like to threaten that I will stop eating there until you do, but…yeah, that won’t happen. Also, please bring a franchise to Michigan – you’ll print your own money as there’s nothing like it here.

I got the grilled chicken Cobb salad and chicken finger plate. The salad is better than average, but has gotten smaller and more salty (chicken) in the last couple of years. The chicken fingers I have found are hit or miss. Sometimes they seem like they were made 2 hours prior and other days fresh. Today… they were sitting around… a little harder to chew. In the pic we got extra fries…. Hate to see how many fries you get when it’s not extra… 3 maybe. In this day and age of fast food getting pricy (almost $30)… I’m a little more critical. I’m on the fence if my lunch today was worth it. Today’s visit was 3 stars, but I have history with this place and I think they had an off day …. So 4 stars final answer.

Came in to try the chicken bacon ranch fries. It was delicious. I got a peach tea and Todd got a strawberry lemonade. It was the last 30 minutes before closing but they made it very clear we needed to go by 9.

Here’s a picture of their mighty Cobb salad. It’s been a while since we’ve been here and will probably be a while before we come back. When my salad first came out, there was no bacon on it. When we went back up to ask about the bacon, they put on less than a strip of bacon. The salads used to be better.

We bought a 5-piece chicken fingers platter and every piece of chicken was raw in the center. The rest of the meal was good. The drive-thru service was great. Very friendly employees. The wait was not long at all, food was hot and fast… too fast because of raw chicken. Bummed my first time there and this happened.

Overpriced. 5 small tenders and a medium tea $12+. The lemon pepper seasoning was salty and somewhat overbearing. The tenders are bigger at a gas station or Walmart. They were hot and juicy.
