Unprofessional as can be. Did a door dash order, got 2 Great 8 meals and a salad. Missing salad and they gave us chicken tender meals. when i called and spoke to manager she said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t take blame because her people bagged wrong food

Ordered a plate with double fries and 6 tenders. I missing 1 tenders and obviously not double fries. I go to ask for my fries and they fix it but I go to get ketchup and the managers sitting there at the front counter complaining about me saying I was lying even when I showed the picture and plate. My wife ordered through Uber eats. We picked up our order. The staff was very rude. We ordered 5 chicken fingers. We got like 2.5 fingers. I called them and the response was take ot up with Uber eats. We know we screwed you over but we dont care. Basically what the child on the phone stated. We will not be returning. This saddens me as I used to be fond of their food. This location has gone to crap!

Best Zaxby’s experience yet!
We’ve been to plenty of different Zaxby’s in the past, but this one really takes the cake. Often when you’re traveling, fast food can be a gamble, but the quality here was top-notch. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was also standout—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this specific location!

Super fast service and delicious food. I had the House Zalad with fried chicken and ranch dressing. I picked up my salad at the drive thru. It took a minute to place my order and I paid and picked up my salad immediately. Super fast! I enjoyed my meal. I paid just over $10 for the salad (a little high, but that seems to be the norm these days, so I can’t complain). If you need food fast, this is a good option.

So they go through all the trouble of making these commercials for these new tacos and they look so good. I probably haven’t been to Zaxby’s in over 10 years so I finally went because I wanted to try these tacos. Extremely disappointed in the fact that they barely and I mean barely put any toppings on them. They look nothing like the picture at all and I don’t find this out until I get home a half hour later from my drive from work so it’s too late to go back. Do better!

Paid 30 dollars for three plates of food that looks like this. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves serving food like this. Food taste horrible also. Just started eating. Kids don’t even like chicken or fries. How do you mess up chicken and fries. Horrible. Never again. This is what’s left and being thrown away. Kids said fries taste like came from trash. Other picked all the hard stuff off chicken. I hate mine cause I’m a dad and just deal with it. Nasty nasty. Don’t go here. Now we have to go home and eat something else. Thanks

Ordered the cheese bites and they were room temp not fresh. Kinda disappointed this being my first time coming to the establishment. I guess I’ll move on to the next. 44 ounce drinks are killing it. But the room temperature food isn’t looking nice guys.

Eh. This place was a miss for me. Chicken tenders weren’t fresh and pretty dry. Very salty tenders as well as the Zax sauce. Canes is wayyy better.
Fries were okay. Toast was cold and not crispy. Peach tea was good. Wings with teriyaki sauce were mid. Wouldn’t come here again considering the prices and food not being fresh. Will just drive the extra 20 minutes to Raising Canes for some fresh and hot food.
