Warning to check your food at this location. I ordered a full meal, egg rolls, and cheesecake. The meal was for my husband who was working and about to take his lunch. We got the egg rolls and cheesecake but not the meal we paid for. They put one taco in the bag instead. Unfortunately I left before checking the bag. My husband isn’t a taco fan so he ended up being hungry for the rest of his work day 🙁 they offered to remake his meal if I came back but I don’t live in the area. The value of a zax snak meal and a taco is not similar so lost some money there as well.

I love a good cob salad and until today the other chicken place got my money faithfully. I had been wanting to try Zaxby’s for a stupid long time; I never had time and when I had the time there was never one within driving range. Well today time and place collided with a lunch date so I got to dine in.
There was someone CLEANING the dining area, very well I might add. We were greeted and given the full attention of our order taker. She was clean and was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I ordered the cob salad.
My salad was bigger and cheaper than my previous favorite. It had more tomatoes, less lettuce, better egg and crispy onions already included. Zaxbys wins my vote for BEST cob salad, but I’m willing to try all comers.

Absolutely slapped. Went with the chicken fingers and burritos plus buffalo wings —crispy, juicy, and seasoned like they meant it. Buffalo sauce had the perfect kick without overpowering the food. Portions were solid, flavors on point.

I’m not a big fan but my children are. It was just okay and the price is overrated for fast food, but what’s not nowadays. We tried the shrimp and it was to much bread and the shrimp didn’t get cooked long enough. I would have preferred for the fries too be cooked a little longer but overall the service was great and the food was very fresh!

I live in martinsville and was passing through and my daughter wanted to try the chicken fingers, so I get her a meal. Get up to the window and Trinity, was the sweetest girl with the best customer service said I was the nicest person that had come through that day. I told her it was our first visit and we both made each other smile. Fast forward to a month later, stop in to grab my family a meal, she was again, at the drive through, and when I told her she was the sweetest and her customer service skills were on point, food is always hot she asked for a hug! Told her, that her parents raised a good one! We will for sure be back! If you get the pleasure to meet Trinity I hope you enjoy her sweet soul and awesome customer service as much as we do. Keep it up sis! ❤️❤️❤️

I generally like Zaxby’s chicken. It is always fresh and hot. I love, love, love the iced tea. It is one of the main reasons I go. But today, I had the surf and turf. I was not impressed with the shrimp at all. They were way overcooked and had no shrimp taste. The sauce they give you is not cocktail sauce. It is some weird, almost solid, sauce that is like a thick mayo mixture. Other than that, the coating on the Chicken and seasoning on the fries is always, and I mean always way too salty. If you’re a heart patient, not a good thing at all. That said, I like having the option of chicken in this area. There are several places that have wings near that are just not good at all.

This was my first time eating at a Zaxby’s and I chose the one in camby as it is brand new! This location was super clean and the staff was very friendly from start to finish. I was also impressed with how fast the service was from the time of order until the food was ready. I had four chicken fingers with fries and toast. I’m not typically a big chicken finger person but these were on point super big and moist. Definitely better than what I had at Canes recently. Also I can’t let you go without mentioning they have really good unsweet tea. Don’t come for me because I drink unsweet tea my grandmother always said I’m sweet enough

The gentleman taking our order was friendly and patient especially since this was our first visit to a Zaxby’s. The staff by the drive thru window were a bit scrambled and unorganized, but with every good intention to make sure every order was correct. The Kickin Chicken sandwich was delicious. The crispy buttery toast was a good balance to the crispy and juicy chicken strips that were sauced. I was pleasantly surprised by the seasoned crinkle fries. They were crispy and flavorful, but could have used more seasoning. Next time I’ll ask for additional seasoning.

I had to ask to have someone take my order after standing there almost 5 minutes even tho I was the only one there. The giant quesadillas that they advertised on tv are not the same that they sell to you. Not even close. I asked about it and was told it’s a big quesadilla cut into pieces. I belive I was ripped off. It was not filled with chicken fingers.
