We stopped at this location for our first Baby’s experience and it was fantastic. The service was fast and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the wings and the tenders, in both regular and lemon pepper. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and a great portion size. Highly recommend this food and this location!

The general manager is absolutely the rudest and disrespectful manager i have ever encountered. I am very close to the employees there told them because I come there daily. The GM has a power trip and I will be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately. I get wings everyday but lately they have been hard and its difficult to chew and she says that’s just the way they are and that’s not true. When I come through and there fresh they are not hard to eat they are perfect. I was a manager for over 15 years and I would never have spoke to a customer like she did me today. I will NEVER return. The food is great and other people there have been a pleasure and are very sweet. Sad!! When she is gone I will be back!!

Best zaxbys in Indy!!! Food is always fresh! Chicken is never dry! Man let tell y’all they got seasoning to The staff always go above and beyond and always so polite and patient. Plenty of parking. Bathroom always clean whenever I have came in. The tea is also fresh brewed so it tastes amazing also not like a box. Thanks to the staff for all y’all do!

Love this location! Ordered seven meals and extra sides and sauces! $80 well spent! The service was patient with us, helped us decide on cost effective meal deals and everything we ordered was in the bags! All sauces and everything! And there was little waiting time. Always good!

Honestly, the Kickin chicken sandwich here is money. Everything about it is great. The seasoned fries with their sauce are also very tasty. I’ve had multiple good meals here and would recommend.

First time I had this place was on vacation in Tennessee. We don’t have a Zaxby’s near us, yet. It was so good, while in Tennessee we went there twice. Then we took a quick trip to Indianapolis and come to find out they have Zaxby’s. Still a two hour drive for me, it’s so good. We get it every time we are around one LoL definitely worth it.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered through the mobile app so I could pick up dinner on my way home. I got my food, went home, started to eat. I ordered an Asian Salad with fried chicken. The lettuce was wilted and I decided that I would still try to eat it. I got to the asian slaw that was on top. It was RANCID. I took one bite and the smell and taste hit my nose and tongue. I immediately vomitted. I called the restaurant to tell them and request a refund. They said that I would have to come down there for a refund. They didnt even want to give me one. I told her I was not coming back there because it was pretty far from my home and I just picked it up on my way home. I’m pregnant and this was insane. The best she offered me was to take my name and whenever I go by there again, she would “take care of me.” Ma’am, there probably wont be a next time since your crew is serving people RANCID food. Ridiculous. Never again.

My go to zalad!! Love the fried chicken salad. We have lived away from Zaxby’s for 8 years, and since (probably Covid) things have changed a bit. The salads used to be larger with bigger portion toppings. Also was served nicely arranged on a plate, now in a “take home” plastic container. Still good to be back, just a bit of a down grade from years ago.
