I have to brag on Rebekah in the drive thru. After a stressful day of my own, she performed a really selfless act that I appreciated more than she knew. You don’t see a lot of people showing acts of kindness anymore at our local restaurants, and that is sad. My family and I love zaxbys and Rebekah made our experience today so good, people like her is what keep us coming back!

Placed pickup order, when I got home the french fries were not edible, small & hard. I called the restaurant talked to manager Terri and was told I’d receive voucher for free meal, that was February 3rd today is February 12th no voucher yet.

Wow. This place had gone downhill fast. Stopped in at 2:00 PM for lunch today. No managers on duty, no napkins in the dispenser, filthy tables and the few employees working looked so stressed. Really disappointed in this location. This is not a reflection of the staff today. They are hard working and dedicated. No Manager on duty. My experience is a reflection of the lack of leadership. This location needs better management.

Food is not juicy or warm. It’s very dry. I got two Zack snack meals and one four piece chicken finger meal and was very upset with the presentation. Everything was dry including the bread so I spoke to the manager and they were happy to replace the meal, not give me a refund.. Which was fine when I got the Replacement meal I had asked if they could make sure that it’s fresh. Got my order, took it home, which is five minutes away went to eat and it was not as bad as the first time, but still pretty bad not Not hot still pretty dry not juicy. I think their sauces are very good and I like how they season the fries, but I Could’ve probably cooked a better meal than that. Not really sure if I’ll be returning. Now I can say that the lobby was very nice clean and I like their drink machine. Staff customer service is mediocre

I specifically asked for my veggie rolls to be cooked fresh and they literally had them bagged up before my payment processed. They were cold and burnt and looked as if they were thrown back in the grease to reheat it. This happened 2 days in a row!

Went in at 9:25pm. I know it was late but there open till 10:00pm . Walked up they asked if we where dinning in we answered yes. They proceeded to tell me and my wife that they where in pre closing and had everything shut down and it would take 25 mins to get it heated up and to fix our food. This is unexceptiable I worked in fast food and I work retail now. You dont shut everything down 35 minutes before closing maybe 10 minutes. The parking lot was empty noone around anywhere. I will not go back to this zaxbys and I will tell everyone about this place its a joke.
Oh FYI Chick-fil-a had no problem serving us with a full parking lot and drive thru .
