Cute decor. Amy took our order and was so nice, even came around to see if we needed any sauces. Everything tasted great. At first, I was a little disappointed that the salad only had 8 shrimp, but I was week satisfied after eating it.

After what I witnessed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I even considered calling the health department. The employees showed zero concern for food safety.
I watched a worker mix an industrial powdered cleaner directly on the front counter — not the usual table sanitizer, but a much stronger chemical that should never be handled near food. This was the same counter where they place food bags and sauces, and those chemicals can easily soak through paper bags or contaminate anything sitting there.
I told her this was a health code violation, but she continued mixing and sprinkling the cleaner across the counter with food items nearby. At that point, I decided to get a refund and leave. If management isn’t teaching or monitoring proper cleaning procedures, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Between the lack of cleanliness and the risk of chemical contamination, this location is not safe. Don’t eat here.

Great food with an overall friendly staff. I have been here multiple times and the degree of service I feel depends on the time of the day and maturity of crew members currently on duty. Many members care and do great albeit there are a few of the younger ones that display a marked lack of focus. Cleanliness meets “the” standard overall.

Our first visit to a Zaxby’s after hearing friends raving about other Zaxby’s they’ve been to. The food was middle of the road and okay. The employees were friendly and the cashier patiently answered our questions without making us feel rushed. So far, so good…no real complaints.
The dining room was not in good shape. The tables were dirty, the area around the soda machine was wet and sticky, but the worst were the floors through the entire dining area that were incredibly greasy and slippery. I was being cautious as I walked, but the elderly lady using a cane at a nearby table had a lot of trouble walking on the slippery floors.
I would probably give Zaxby’s another shot before I decide whether I like the chain as a whole… but I will maybe try a different location as this one seems to be a love it or hate it location with very little in-between.

The service was nice and people seemed happy. However the food was pretty sad. The “spicy” version of the chicken sandwich was the regular chicken sandwich with a dollop of buffalo sauce on a bite of it. The fries were okay. The place has sadly not lived up to previous standards.

Don’t ever go to a chicken place and get a salad? Which has the chicken in it because you’re gonna eventually just want to hold out a chicken? But then again i’m at lunch at work and I didn’t want to be full at least not too full
