Brought Great 8 and got 6 pieces. Forgot to show them my phone to get it scanned for my rewards and of course I didn’t get a receipt. I don’t know why it’s so hard to give a receipt. Had already eaten 1 piece when I realized I didn’t get 8.

This is usually my go to Zaxbys! Just did a pick up and my wings had barely any sauce on them, kind of cold, and my son’s kids meal had the smallest amount of fries I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed today.

Just wanted to give a shout out to two young men who waited on me and my husband today. We went inside to place an order for take out. When getting our drinks the ice machine was out of ice. Without us having to ask – this young man noticed and instantly said “I’ll go get some ice and be right back.” In the meantime another young man noticed what he was doing and reached for our empty cups and said “ Let me have your cups and I’ll get your ice over here.” He proceeded to get our ice at the drive through area. So many times I catch myself complaining about the work ethic of younger people but these two were doing customer service right today! I hope management notices and says thank you when thank you is deserved. So-

I’ve been to this location twice and TWICE they have messed up my order. Both times it’s been a traditional wings and things that they incorrectly made as a boneless. Absurd lack of management here and an undisciplined staff. After working 8 hours and serving the bowling green community it would be nice if my neighbors could have the courtesy to make a food order correctly

Neither of the 2 tacos i ordered were prepared correctly. The chipotle one had chipotle sauce, tomato, and lettuce. It was supposed to have chipotle sauce, cheese, and pico de gallo. The avocado one had avocado ranch, cheese and lettuce. It was supposed to have avocado ranch, tomato, lettuce, & bacon.
The chicken bacon ranch fries had whole chicken tenders that i had to tear up by hand. The fries weren’t done at all.
I am very disappointed and was looking forward to trying these new items. If you’re going to offer limited time items, maybe you should make sure your workers know how to prepare said items. I would give a 0 if i could.

Honestly, Zaxby’s food has gotten horrible. Chicken tenders used to be pretty good size now they ain’t much bigger than two of your fingers side by side. And the sauce is not hot at all

It took them 35 minutes to get our order out of 5 people ,, when I went to ask for the food they say it will be shortly and the cook was just putting the bun on the grill , allot people were complaining, the place it’s filthy the friers are super dirty it’s stuff everywhere , you never going to see me again

Stop to get lunch. The girl taking the order at the drive-thru couldn’t understand me and got flustered with me when I said I’m sorry and she said I don’t have to get rude with her I ordered my meal three times at 5 finger chicken plate with coleslaw I want to ketchup and napkins to go along with that as well as honey mustard I also ordered two egg rolls. I had to order it five different times at this point. So a manager got on and couldn’t understand me either evidently after I had to tell him two different times what I needed. There was a line it was ridiculous and no I did not get my food for fear of what they may do to it. If I could give him a zero I would..
*****Updated to say I went back yesterday 8/25 I’m not sure if the woman at the drive-thru is always argumentative with everyone else as she is with me, but I sure hope not. This time I waited for them to ask how many strips I wanted, they seem to like this better than you just telling them outright, picked up on this from my last encounter. This time when I got to the window, lady took my money gave my card back. Then I heard my order repeated 3 times loudly. I thought she was talking to her team since she had already taken my money for my order, nope she was asking me? “Yes, that’s correct, I thought you knew my order since you had already taken the money and had given me my card back and my drink? They all just kind of laughed at me??? Don’t think I’ll be back, to drive-thru at least. Have to play games for them to take your order and not be rude, then you get to the window and they still find something to be rude about.
