My daughter recently started WKU and during drop off we ate here today. It was me, our son and my husband. It’s our first time so we didn’t know what to expect.
There was an open parking lot.
The girl taking our order was kinda friendly. We needed a minute to decide what to order.
They ordered a chicken sandwich, while I ordered tenders, fries, Cole slaw, toast and a drink. We received our food within 5 minutes and it all tasted amazing! Also, it cost about $30 for 3 of us.
I loved how the fries were seasoned, the tenders tasted great and the toast was buttered Texas toast.
I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely return!

I’m from Ohio where we don’t have any Zaxbys, but I wanted to give it a try while on vacation. I was heading back home from Nashville and stopped here for lunch around 4:30. The lady who took my order was nice, but I think she misunderstood me or messed something up. I wanted a 5 finger chicken finger plate, I asked if I could have something else instead of coleslaw and she said toast or fries. I said toast. But when I was given the food, I wasn’t given toast or coleslaw. But looking at my receipt, that is what it said, so if that’s what they charged me for, I figured it would be wrong to complain to them. Now as I went to find a table, not a single one was clean. The table i sat at had two empty straw wrappers on it, but that was one of the better tables. Pretty much the whole time I was eating, there were multiple employees standing right behind my table and talking. I don’t know if that’s worth complaining about, but I don’t really like people standing and talking loudly right behind me the entire time I’m eating. Especially when the dining room is obviously dirty. And one of the fingers I got was super small and the fries weren’t seasoned well. Some fries had way too much, some had hardly any. So I was fairly disappointed

I pulled into the drive through at 8:45 all lights were on and read the menu made my choice and the sign said close at 9. After waiting four minutes I drive through and a girl walked to the drive in window and said we are closed I said the sign says open till 9 and it is ten minutes till. She said sorry. This was our first time stopping at a Zaxby’s and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Kiya specifically helped us and she was great! Very helpful and kind. The staff was consistently cleaning tables when people would leave so the whole place felt very clean.
Our food was ready quickly and all tasted great as well. Would or sure go back!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered a Wings and Things at 8:56 pm on 5/23, but I didn’t expect the chicken to still be RAW!!!
My boneless wings were severely undercooked (see photos). Obviously I stopped eating them when I noticed, but hopefully I don’t get sick tonight!

Sorry Chick-fil-A…sorry Popeyes… Zaxby’s is the real deal. Great sandwich, the decor is wonderful, and the service was great. Our cashier did a wonderful job even though she had just started working there. Loved the chicken! If I lived in Bowling Green it would be hard to stay away!

If you can make it to the counter without slipping on the greasy floor… turn around and slid back out the exit. What I should of done. Food was bad was sick the next day. Ironically the health department rolled up for a follow up after we were done. Zaxbys use to be up there as one of my favorites.

So I’m disappointed for the second time. Not sure why Zaxby’s at this location is serving old lettuce for the Cobb salad. But I’m very upset and disgusted with how it looks. At first thought I was tripping but as I continued to eat, realized the taste and look wasn’t up to Zaxby’s standards. My friend also informed the drive thru lady that previous time the wings made both my mom and me sick! Not sure what’s going on but this needs to be fixed! Never had any issues before!

Alisha was the best … I had never been to the restaurant before. I had no idea of what to order. Alisha was the manager working there and she helped me pick out and order what fits my family needs. The catering menu is amazing. Jennifer this girl with glasses and a great smile offered up the dessert for for the family. I’m saying that I have never met any nicer people working there. They truly got us together.
