This store does not place a high priority to Customer Satisfaction. Part of my order was missing from 02/27/2026.. The Manager on duty that day promised to make it good my next visit. My next visit ws today 03/05/2026. This manager was not having it without a “discussion”. Why would a discussion be needed? All had to do was LOOK at the note with my name on it and give me my eggrolls!!!

Absolutely terrific service. Food is always hot and fresh and I have eaten here a dozen times in the past 3 months. My order has been correct every single time as well as hot/fresh which earns them 5 stars as far as I’m concerned. Out of all those visits, the ONLY complaint I can find if looking for something to complain about is one evening about an hour before closing, I ordered a sweet tea that was a little sketchy. It didn’t taste too good, like old tea that had been left sitting out all day but gimme a break, I didn’t expect them to fix a whole new batch of tea an hour before close. I should have gotten a soda. My bad decision….I’ve visited Zaxby’s all over the state and this one’s a keeper. Keep up the great work, guys!

Awesome to have a Zaxby’s in London, especially with great and fast service. The management goes out of the way to make sure you feel welcome enough to remember there name. Trey was actually the manager but you could tell he was genuine and not being fake. That will definitely make me come back.

Food was out fast and hot. nice clean area inside. my kids loved stopping by on our way home. thank you to the manager Trey for helping us with our orders. you don’t always get good help and patience at fast food joints.

I had a great experience at this Zaxby’s location in London, Kentucky! I stopped on 9/30 during what I thought would be a busy time, but the drive-through was surprisingly fast and much quicker than I expected. I was in and out with my food in no time, which is always a plus when you’re on the go coming off or I-75
The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff was polite, professional, and efficient. I especially want to highlight Trey, the manager on duty. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s clear he takes his role seriously and genuinely cares about the customer experience. You don’t always see that level of responsibility and dedication, and it really made a difference.
Overall, this location sets a great example of what fast food service should be. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was Great. Brooklyn was very nice and suggestive. Which really helped me order. ONLY thing I didn’t get to try was Coleslaw because they were sold out. I’ll definitely be back and hope for Coleslaw.

We love Zaxbys and have eaten at several locations. Today our family visited the London location. The dining room condition regarding cleanliness was terrible. We cleaned our own table. The floors were extremely dirty. The food and service was good but the overall dining experience was disappointing especially since this is a new restaurant for our area. I only share this review with hopes that the owner or management will give attention to their property. We desire for every new restaurant in London to be successful.

Today was the second time we ordered from the app. Two salads. Arrived at drive thru at the time indicated the order would be ready. I waited 45 minutes for my order and when I arrived home there was no salad dressing in the bag but it was clearly indicated on the receipt.. last time.

Food is plain, bland, and unseasoned. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and got none. Barely got any fries and the chicken was sorry and nothing to be impressed over. Slim chickens fills up your box full of fries and all of their food has flavor. Definitely not wasting my time here again when there is a slim chickens 3 miles away.
