Ordered the lemon pepper dry rub traditional wings. The wings were the smallest I’ve ever seen and they were slathered with gunk that looked like the bottom of a bucket of grease. I took it back to the counter and was told that it was just the seasing that dripped from the bowl. It looked disgusting. I’ve ordered this meal before and it never looked like this. I asked the girl, if she would eat something that looked this. Then she went and got me another order. The next one looked cleaner but again the chicken pieces were tiny. Also the ice dispenser for the drinks was empty. No ice for your drinks. Terrible experience.

We were the first ones in this restaurant this morning. I am pointing that out for a few reasons that will be obvious shortly. Upon entering the foyer was clean and well maintained. We placed our order to friendly staff. Our food was fine. The order was correct. However, the issues were made known before our exit. It was obvious the restrooms had not been cleaned. The toilets were dirty. There was not any toilet paper in one of the female stalls. Also, mamas beware, I didn’t see any high chairs nor was there a changing station in the restrooms.

My family went in to eat after a baseball game and was told to take our time and eat but they would lock door when lobby closed. I asked should I get it togo. We was told no no no your fine.while we waited 25 min to get our cold food. The girl in the lobby kept saying smart remarks and almost hit one of us with a chair with an attitude. Then she started swearing at us about being there 20 min before they close. I had my little kids there and a couple of their friends. I will not return, I have contacted the GM he can not find the time to speak with us regarding this issues within his business.

Got the absolute WORST food poisoning after eating from here on Thursday. After having not eaten for the day. The fries looked done, but after biting into one it was extremely undercooked. The chicken as well. Worst experience of my life.
