This Zaxby’s was dim and dingy. The food wasn’t good from the chicken to the fries and fried pickles. The chicken was greasy and the texture was off. The fries were supposed to be well done but weren’t.. and the pickles were bland idk I was over all disappointed.

Visited last evening ten minutes before closing and was greeted by Joshua. His energy was amazing. He did not mind we were ten minutes to closing and smiled the entire time. Now normally I wouldn’t go to a restaurant when they are getting ready to close, but we had a hour drive to home and was super hungry. The food was hot and fresh. Joshua needs to be the manager, assistant manager if not already. He was the kind of customer service everyone wants, especially in this day and time. We waited on fresh food and let me just say….. it was awesome! I hope he gets recognized and promoted. Little did he know my family and I were going through tragic news received and his smile and customer service went along way. We had the privilege of him even bringing out our food to the car. I asked if I could take his picture. The smile what you see is what you get! Thank you young man for feeding my family and I so late. Everything was great! I hope you have the opportunity to get his customer service.

If you are a mom with little kids, DO NOT come here. Their changing table is able to come off the wall. To the point of it hanging almost to the ground. Hard when you’ve got a fussy, poopy baby. Unfortunately I had to change my child on a table that people eat from in this instance. But what was I to do? Neglect my child? I think not. Not to mention we waited 20+ minutes for two orders of boneless wings.

Super slow. Taking 10 mins per car to take orders is unacceptable. Line was wrapped around the building. Left and went to another Zaxbys. Smh

Me and my friend had went up there through the drive through 25 minutes before they closed and before we could say anything, a woman immediately said they were out of everything multiple times. but there was someone waiting for their food at the drive-through window. They just didn’t want to make anymore food and could have been honest instead of lying. What a horrible experience and we took our Business elsewhere.

I probably only eat here a couple of times a month, but it seems they’ve fallen into line with a real pet peeve of mine. If I drive to your place of business, come inside and wait in line for a dine in meal, I should not be lowest priority on the totem pole after all your drive thru orders, door dash, whatever. After waiting behind multiple other people that made their orders, when it was my turn, as the last person in line, I was left hanging, while they took care of other stuff. Then they told me multiple times that they’d be with me in a bit. Not sure why they arbitrarily decided to stop taking orders with the guy in front of me, since I was the last counter order, and make me stand around, but after 10 minutes, and still not having even placed an order, I decided to just leave. Why put up with it, when there are far too many other places to eat in this area that have faster and better service? I literally went across the street, ordered and got my food from somewhere else in half the time I stood there at Zaxbys, just waiting to place an order. I’ll still eat at Zaxbys just not this one.

Well first I would love to say, I thought I was at my house eating Tyson chicken strips food wasn’t good, but sadly I was at zaxbys. And a meal WITH a drink and got no drink because the handy man was doing everything but being handy. Please offer better service.
