I had a great experience at this Zaxby’s (my local restaurant). The food came out fast, hot, and hit exactly how it should, which was hella good and honestly the highlight. On top of that, Lance was hella nice and super useful the whole time. He checked in, made things smooth, and actually cared that we had a good experience. Because of him and that glaze, I’ll def be coming back.

Zaxby’s was clean, quick, and solid all around. The chicken was crispy, the food was really good, and everything came out fresh. Lance really made the difference though. He was hella nice, helpful, and kept the energy good without being annoying. The service plus the food made it an easy choice to come back again.

Got so mad about this had to post , they don’t know how to serve fresh food when they are not busy , 15$ for bite size wings and cold fries is unacceptable considering your not even busy used to work here myself so getting fresh food shouldn’t be hard

Carson gave the most exceptional service I have ever received at a drive thru. He was very nice and helped me with miscommunications we had at the window. My food came out fast and fresh, and the service was super friendly. Would recommend!

Food is amazing but the workers can be never my order right. If I ask for a milkshake with no whip cream, then I get a shake with extra whip cream. Ask for extra seasoning on fries and fries have no seasoning. I think I’m going to bite the bullet and go to another location that’s further away
