Food is all right. It was fresh and hot. Should ask for extra sauce. Food was made in an acceptable amount of time at. We dine-in, but the drive-thru line didn’t seem terribly long, either. Overall a positive experience.

Ordered an “asian” salad with grilled chicken. Two small handfuls of romaine lettuce, some crispy noodles and a small egg roll. Half of a grilled chicken breast completed the plate.That was about 10 dollars and change. It was nothing as advertised on their pictures. A large drink will cost you over 3 dollars totaling over 15 bucks. Not worth the trouble of waiting nor the price. Kids working there, because they were kids, were decent and did what they could. Bless their souls.

Staff here is really helpful. Had a mix up in my special order, that I forgot to check before I left. When I realized the issue I called them up and they remade it so I could come pick it up, right away. Mistakes happen in every industry, it’s the way they are fixed that shows good customer service. Will definitely continue to come back.

I ordered a three-piece chicken fingers and they were overcooked and very small pieces. The kicking chicken sandwich was great but the fries were undercooked. I’m assuming it’s a newer place in it will take time to get their food and service in order

Can’t get this where I live now. So when we travel I always look for one. It’s good day food. The staff are always pleasant…I never get asked to pull forward. They are quick and a nice change to the standard fast food fare.

Love Zaxby’s, and was excited when they came to town. “Mount Washing KY. They have been very good, but I picked up dinner tonight, and the French fries were old, cold and over cooked. I always ask for extra sauce, because they’re best when the boneless wings are wet. Now they arent putting sauce actually on the wings, and puts some on the side in the container. Not going to work for me. They’re not cheap, so I expect to get what I pay for. Please Zaxby, do better like you were still new, and wanting my business! BTW, Staff was still very nice, and friendly, and quick!

Feel like racism All those kids employee are working not pay attention while taking orders every time I have to repeat twice I came here for dine in guy who took my order asked me to here or to go ? I told him to here and still they made my order to go, they attended before me all those customers they treated them good bcuz they have white skin and I don’t those employee serve white skin as they told so why just me ? I mean really zaxbay you need to change those racist employees at here location or need to give them extra training why is that ? this is ridiculous and it’s not happened one time with me every time every time when told them I wanna place order to here they will deaf seriously so that means zaxbay only allowed white people for dine-in
