The service at this Zaxby’s is horrible! Went through the drive through and was asked my order only to be told to hold on when I was half way through my order, a different person came back on to finish the order and when I asked what she had already she caught an attitude about having to repeat it. When we go to the wings and things order the cut me off three times while I was trying to give her the wing sauce, the drink and trying to finish the order. This is the worst place in town with service. They need better management or sometime at night, I’m sure that’s asking a lot this day in time. I’d much rather drive to Bainbridge or Thomasville to eat there. I can assure you I won’t be back to this one for a while!

Amazing! First time there!!! The woman behind the counter greeted us wirh a smile and waited on us with a smile even though I could sense something was wrong… maybe she was having a bad day but she waited on us proudly. Not knowing the menu and helped us. Our meals didn’t come with fries but she let us try them which they were amazing!!! We dined inside and she was keeping busy by sweeping under booths and the best part about it is they play Christian music! The paraphernalia on the walls is super cute! The atmosphere is great and welcoming for a fast food place! I recommend this place to anyone!!!! You get what you pay for especially if you eat in for the whole experience!!!! Kudos for zaxbys

Im not one to give negative reviews because I always try to find something positive, but this one was pretty disappointing. I ordered a signature sandwich and cheese curds. Both of them were cold. All of the tea was unsweet. And most disappointing of all, they do not have the special zaxbys ice anymore. 🙁

Went just to try their new fried shrimp. Atmosphere got 3 stars because the floor was sooooooooooo sticky. Employees were GREAT and polite!! Food got 3 stars just because I wasn’t a fan of the shrimp. I LOVE fried shrimp but I seemed to taste a lot more batter than shrimp.
UPDATE: Stopped by this evening for some Zaxby’s and arrived home very disappointed!! Most importantly, I was given no receipt. They didn’t even ask if I wanted one. Secondly, I ordered a salad with no tomatoes. Got home to find out they just opened one already made and made a lousy attempt at picking the tomatoes out. Lousy because they left half of them. If you’re allergic to tomatoes don’t order anything that would normally come with tomatoes. I’ll put this one on me but they didn’t ask if I wanted grilled or fried chicken on my salad and I didn’t think to say something. The employees were very nice though! This was just a VERY disappointing visit!!!
