A typical less average dining experience. Food was ok overall that’s why I gave them two stars. No plastic cutlery in the bag, no big deal I guess except for the slaw. Very lethargic and less than enthusiastic crew members. Seemed two be having a hard time with the rush of 3 customers.There appeared to be two managers working and they were doing less than the almost inactive crew. The better part of 20 bucks for poor service and mediocre food. Who could ask for more?

Customer service again was great and the food was even better. Only issue I had were the bathrooms smelling like urine. Scheduled cleaning was much needed. I’ve never had that problem at this location until today. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

What a turn around in a year! Water running out of kitchen area into hallways. Toilets leaking. No sweet tea, no napkins. “Amari” must hate her job, because she acted like she hated every customer that came her way. Really gone downhill…

Upon pulling up to the speaker to place our order, we were told “I will be with you in a moment”. At least 5 minutes later we pulled forward to the window, thinking that we had been forgotten about. The guy opened the window and said “What is the problem? You are messing up my timer”. He proceeded to tell us that we were going to have to wait and wanted us to get in the back of the line, which we refused, of course. At no time were we rude or demanding. He was bossy and arrogant even when we said that communication is important… at least we could have been given an explanation as to how long we would have to wait upon reaching the ordering area (ignoring customers is rude). Overall, we waited 25 minutes from the ordering speaker until leaving the driveway…. and that’s a bit ridiculous….

Recieved our order relatively quickly. Friendly associate. Cooks in the back appeared to be working hard to fill the orders. Coke machine didn’t have my favorite drink but overall experience was pretty good.

Went there it was t busy. My vehicle was the only one in drive thru . When I received my order priced at $19.27 I noticed the fries weee old. They just dropped them in the grease. I come to this location all the time but this will be my last.

Oh my goodness! Worst cashiers ever! Couldn’t understand what the girl was saying, for one..she mumbled, two..there was so much noise and horseplay going on behind the counter….then to top it off….they didn’t have chicken wings! I was about to spend some serious money for our party, but I took my business elsewhere. .. No wonder zaxbys has gone downhill!
