Asked for extra seasoning on my fries and basically got none. Only 1 fry had seasoning on it. This isn’t something that really matters unless they get it wrong every time! Im tired of not getting what i asked for. Also when can we get lemon pepper nibblers? You dont offer it on the app and the staff refuse to add it or sell it on the side.
Sometimes the staff is friendly, but sometimes they aren’t.
The atmosphere is always subpar.

Zaxbys has fallen off with their chicjen. Idk what’s going on; but ever with their wet sauces; I won’t have their chicken strips anymore. Chewy tenders. What happened zaxbys??????small portion. Fountain drinks…good as long as you remember to tell them not to fill 95% of cup with shredded ice. Zax’s used to be my favorite…..I retry about once a year ever tie it gets worse. The store here is great, and they can’t help the crappy quality Chicken that has been provided for them to cook. I’ll try again sometime, but reluctance reins supreme. Zaxby’s; you know what you’re doing!!! Get the better Chicken.

Service is terrible! If you use the drive thru you will be asked to pull forward. Then in the 10-20 min wait they will come out multiple times to see what you ordered. This use to be one of the better places for fast and good food. Not no more!!

I was there just after 6pm and they were out of sweet tea, they were not even going to be making any more. The portion of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like 2 1/2 fingers and very narrow. I started to order online via phone, but was unable to request no ice with my drink. The price was going to be about $8.50 after taxes so that is what I was expecting to pay. After ordering at drive thru, the same order was to cost me about $1.00 more, why is this so? The crinkly fries were good (best part of the meal in fact). The Zaxby sauce barely had any flavor to it. The slaw was runny, not chilled enough.

Pretty clean restaurant. Both ice machines were empty. Imo, you shouldn’t have to beg for ice nor salt for a $7 “snack plate” while employees are s standing around talking to each other.

I had fried house salad with an extra strip. Was delicious. I missed my crispy onion crunchy things. Guess they were out of them. It’s happened before at other Zaxbys. Great service.

This Zaxbys is the worst I’ve ever been too. I love Zaxbys and go to them all the time. But this location in Columbus, is by far the worst. I try to order through the App to cut down on wait time but seem to always wait longer than the person behind me that placed an order through the speaker. ALWAYS missing something, usually the condiments. Fries are usually soggy, sweet tea not as good as other locations. And the staff has terrible attitudes. Whenever I go inside to get an issue fixed, the employees look at me with what seems like hate and that I’m their biggest inconvenience. Always have to wait forever. I do not think I have received my food and my missing items within 20 minutes. Management needs to sit down and get their team to work better together! This could be a great zaxbys.

The service is good and prompt, but about half the time I go, my wings have so little sauce on them that I straight up have to add my own when I get home! come on guys, it’s not that hard!

I was visiting this location from out of town. I stopped by on July 19 and my first experience wasn’t that great. I saw several female workers playing with their hair then handling food. The customer service was very blah.
I got back to visit today, July 20 and my experience was worse. I asked for extra sauce because I was only given two for 2 meals with 3 fingers each. I was told it was .25 each. I was baffled so I asked for a sauce for my 3 tacos. The crew member (Demetria) told me it was still .25. I asked why would it be? She walked away as I was talking to her. The manager came back and I was telling him how the crew member walked away. The crew member yelled around the corner “I sure did”. It escalated quickly because you don’t talk to a customer that way. The manager gave me another sauce. I wanted to be sure to write this review as this was a horrible visit. These teens lack respect. Do better Zaxby’s!
