Been there several times for lunch with no real complaints other than the employees are not very friendly. Today went there and ordered a cobb salad but they gave some kind of special order or something. Had no egg, cucumber, or cheddar jack cheese. Just had blue cheese crumbles which I didn’t order. Sad to say this happens at all of our local restaurants. Starts out good but goes downhill quickly. Could not take it back because I was on my lunch hour.

Came to order a salad today and asked for ranch. Gave me blue cheese instead and the guy confirmed at window he gave me ranch. Had to throw the entire salad away because I had no sauce at home. Came back to tell them they did not care bought another salad. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I get lunch at Zaxby’s in Laurel all the time. They are always quick and make my order correctly every time! They have such a great staff, and the boss man is always there when I go being hands on and helping serve. Bri always greets me with the prettiest smile, and the food is always hot! Go check them out. They are located between KFC and Harris Dental Clinic in Laurel!

2 stars is generous…. if the red head who likes stich isn’t working keep on going… she wasn’t there today and let’s just say these fry’s are just as white as me where is the seasonings…. where is half my drink and why did I need to add sauce to my niblers? My boyfriend used to work for zaxby’s this is just disappointing….

We just ate here for the first time today. Everyone was polite and professional. The chicken strips were a little on the small side but hot, juicy, and fresh. The fries were great, especially when paired with the Zax sauce. The Chicken Strip Tacos with the Chipotle ranch were amazing. We will definitely go back. They do not have dine in but that’s no big deal. We often eat on the go anyways.

The first time I went I asked them can I get a Caesar salad and does it have cabbage? because I’m allergic to cabbage . The lady told me no it do not have cabbage. I went home, look at my food and it got cabbage in it. I was so mad. The second time I ordered from there I did it over the phone . The manager was putting my order in the computer and I was talking to my dog she heard me and she went back and told another worker that I was on the phone arguing with someone and then she proceeds to laugh. That made me really mad I went up there and went off.
