One of the best things to happen to Richland.
For example, today I ordered the Boneless Wings & Things. The fries were hot, the strips were hot, but the boneless wings were cold. This is exactly the kind of inconsistency I’ve run into repeatedly.
We’re living in a time where everything is expensive—cost of living is rising, and fast-food prices are climbing right along with it. Businesses should respect our hard-earned money and provide a level of quality that matches the price. If I’m paying for fast food, the very least it should be is hot and fresh.
To make it more disappointing, I went during the 11 o’clock lunch hour, so it’s not like the timing should’ve been an issue.
Overall, this location has not met my expectations, and I won’t be returning.
