I placed a curb pickup order. I wait for more than 40 minutes, I called and then they bring my food, miss the soda and one of the sides. It tooks like 10 more minutes to bring what was missing. The person who brings the order was very nice and kind.

I went they to drive thru to take a salad back to my hotel for dinner. I bought my favorite Zaxby’s Cobb Zalad. I love them! This one just wasn’t as tasty. It lacked some cheese & tasted like it had been sitting most the day, not very fresh. Oh well, you can’t always get a winner! The salad was just ok. Not stopping at Zaxby’s in Tupelo anymore.

This is the BEST Zaxbys I have been to yet!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was delightful!! I got the chicken bacon ranch fries and the cheese was nice and gooey, melted!!! And the amount of ranch, so amazing!!! I am such a foodie and this place really did it for me on my road trip!!

The employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food was hot….and so was the restaurant 🙁 I don’t know if the AC was broken or simply couldn’t keep up with current weather, but it was SO uncomfortable. I can only imagine how the employees felt in the kitchen. In this weather, the management/corporate should have made AC repairs the top priority (I don’t know how long the restaurant has been like this, as we are not locals–but it’s been an issue for long enough to stage large fans in the lobby…).

Be careful having to park on the side, took us about 25 minutes for two combos, guy beside us said he waited about 45 minutes for his food crazy work seeing about 4-5 other cars get through the drive through before we get our food and no “sorry for the wait”
