Today we decided to take a road trip to Mississippi so my husband could go get some things from a store that had what he needed. It was only an hour and a half away into the next state so while we were there we stopped at Zaxbys. I had never eaten at this restaurant before. Well I got the 3pc chicken tenders with fries and my daughter had the boneless chicken. And per my usual where they are sold I got fried pickles. Zaxbys in Senatobia was clean, the employees at the counter was courteous. Pretty fast service, but my only complaint was the chicken was small pieces, dry, like they were overcooked or had sat too long under a heat lamp. They tasted ok other than that. I will not say I won’t eat at Zaxbys again because I know that not every location will be like this. It could have been just a bad day or something ♀️. The fries were great and so were the pickles If you have a Zaxbys near you give it a try!

As I placed my order through the drive thru I notice the owner looking out the side window when I got to the window he being to say I have on a mask and covid is over with and he began to laught alone with his employees. First of all I had it on because I did not want to forget to pull it up once I got to the window that is why I did not pulled it down. Even tho that is my business what I do in my vehicle. After that I did not have a taste for anything I asked for my refund and the female did not give me the correct amount back, and the cook was talking very rude as well and the cashier. But, I can see why they act the way they do they were most likely taught that in training from the owner. I guest it is in the owners policy. I just want to add this he said covid is gone apparently you guys does not keep up with what goes on.

Had not been in quite sometime. Food was pitiful. Tasted fine just thrown together and barely any meat. 4 peices were so small. This may not be just this location but just the times we are living in. Used drive through. Timely and cordial but no personality or friendliness. Get food, go away feelings.

Made it home to find no ranch packets we ordered the grill house salads, we requested extra and didn’t get extra chicken, onions and Cucumbers. We wanted orange power aid and ended up with sweet tea and fruit punch power aid. For $42 you would think the order would be perfect. Also the Cucumbers had the skin still on them, the old way of slicing them was so much better and the salads don’t taste the same.

GREAT FOOD AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to dine in and the manager was so nice they made sure my family had their plates, plenty of napkins, etc. The food was hot and so good. This is the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. They never disappoint!
