Came to this location several months ago in the summer. If you wanna place curbside orders an Zaxbys you can forget it. I placed a curbside order and waited around 30 minutes. Nothing happened and my A/C went out so I went inside. Found my food on the pickup rack and it was cold. Zaxbys ignores curbside orders. I decided not to write a review that day cause I figured it was an off day. Until today I had the exact same experience at another location. Unacceptable.

Today we decided to take a road trip to Mississippi so my husband could go get some things from a store that had what he needed. It was only an hour and a half away into the next state so while we were there we stopped at Zaxbys. I had never eaten at this restaurant before. Well I got the 3pc chicken tenders with fries and my daughter had the boneless chicken. And per my usual where they are sold I got fried pickles. Zaxbys in Senatobia was clean, the employees at the counter was courteous. Pretty fast service, but my only complaint was the chicken was small pieces, dry, like they were overcooked or had sat too long under a heat lamp. They tasted ok other than that. I will not say I won’t eat at Zaxbys again because I know that not every location will be like this. It could have been just a bad day or something ♀️. The fries were great and so were the pickles If you have a Zaxbys near you give it a try!

I’m tired of paying for extra sauce or anything extra and I don’t get it with my order. i’m wasting my money on something I don’t get. but food is great

First, the customer service was extremely poor. The employee who took our order was rude and dismissive. On top of that, I watched her scratch her face by her mouth using the cups for our drinks, then drop several on the floor and place them back with the clean ones. She handled the cups with her bare hands by touching the tops of them all over in a very unsanitary way, which made me very uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the sauces I paid for, and the kids’ meal was missing the treat that’s supposed to come with it.
Between the lack of basic customer service, the unsanitary handling items, and not receiving what I paid for, this visit was honestly unacceptable. I’ve always liked Zaxby’s, but this visit did not reflect the quality or care of what basic service should be. I hope this is addressed and shared with management.

First time at this fast food restaurant and I was pretty impressed. The original chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and sweet tea were all very good. It’s not gourmet quality, but it’s still tasty and the prices are ok. I do wish It was a little cheaper since this is fast food. I received the food very quickly and the restaurant was modern looking and fairly clean.

This place is a gem…one of the best places in Senatobia, by far the most sanitary. Today I only got the loaded fries and they are beyond excellent.
