I have ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo from Zaxby’s with a Peach Tea and a Funnel Cake. The Chicken Sandwich was delicious and fresh and the tea was delightful as always. However, the fries were bland & soggy and the Funnel Cake was hard & unfresh.

I use to love Zaxby’s.. awesome salads prior to covid 19. I got my first chicken salad and it is horrible! The lettuces were wilted, and the chicken was now sliced up completely PLUS not they have added a boiled egg and bacon, which was soft “fatty:. Dined in on a Sunday between 12-1 pm May 7th. Clearly not enough employees at counter. One young man dealing with all these wrong orders. While I was waiting for a cup that should have been given to me at purchase of meal, I witnessed many patrons complaining that there orders were missing drinks. One lady ordered from drive thru and had to come in to inform them she was missing a drink. I finally got my cup but now ice machine was out of ice. I won’t be back!

I had great service. The employees were so lovely. I was helped immediately. When I informed someone I needed a bit of time, she was patient. Another employee unaware I was already seen was also very attentive and made sure I was seen already. Super fast ordering process and the food was done very fast. I am 100% pleased.
