For being recently opened this entire place is an absolute mess. The entire lobby was filthy, and the food was not that great. I heard a girl mention the line guy “needs to be retrained” and I couldn’t agree more. After a long wait my grilled chicken came out like it was run over and had browned lettuce placed atop a soggy bottom bun, with a watery jet of ranch. The fries and strawberry milkshake were pretty good though and I found a nice clean spot in a comfy corner to eat lunch.

I can’t say enough great things about Bradley L. the GM at Zaxby’s! Every single visit, I’m beyond impressed with his customer service, genuine hospitality, and the way he treats every guest with respect and kindness. He sets the tone for excellence the moment you walk through the door. Bradley and his team consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect from the quality of the food to the overall experience. You can truly see his leadership reflected in his staff’s professionalism and positive attitudes. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much and leads this well. Give that man a raise! He’s simply the best in the business, and Zaxby’s is lucky to have him running the show!

Food is awesome but the drive thru is on another level of slowwwwwwww. From the time that I ordered to the time I got my meal, someone had created a cure for cancer, flying cars were cruising overhead, my kids graduated college, and Elon went to Mars. If you ever want to see your family again either take them with you or don’t go! Don’t fall for ordering online either. It’s just as bad. If you want to enjoy it then you have to go in and eat.

I only gave it 3 stars because i have never had a bad experience until today. Placed a mobile order at 9:13 and waited til 9:26 which is when the app said it would be ready. After telling my name at the order box, I pulled up and was the only mobile order in line, but there were four cars in the regular drive through line. I waited for a good 10 minutes before someone came to my window and asked what my name was. All the while 2 car has already gotten their food. Waited another 10 minutes before some9ne else asked my name. At this point I was the only car left. I waited again and was told they didn’t have my order, but I had a order on my app saying I did. When she started asking me what my order had, she went back in and came out with my order. She apologized and said that no one had added my name on it… she went in and got my drink and by the time I left it was 9:54. Like I said, I’ve never really had a bad experience before, but I just hope that they have better organization next time. This all could have been avoided if somebody had just put my name on my order.

How can I say this? You aren’t Chickfila, don’t try to set your drive thru up like you are. The line isn’t moving because it isn’t physically designed properly. The two drive thru lines get gridlocked where they turn from where orders are placed, leaving both backed up. The walk through door as a drive thru window exists like chickfila but whoever designed this place did an absolutely awful job and Zaxbys really dropped the ball there. Real shame for a newly built building. We waited nearly 40 minutes and the people who were in the mobile line (we were not) that arrived to pick up their food before us were still waiting when we left, which made me mad FOR them. The staff is trying, I can tell, and they were kind. I hope they can iron it out and genuinely think if the physical design of the drive thru was better it wouldn’t be such a mess. I felt bad for the employees smiling through it.

I am not local but was in town delivering and stopped here for dinner. It was a Wednesday night and VERY busy with huge party in the middle and a constant flow in the drive thru. These young ladies working were so efficient, pleasant, friendly, and created just a really pleasant experience!

Nothing like it was opening day. The service suffered the most, the food was alright. Cashier seemed to not be interested in taking my order. In fact, she made up a name for me even after asking a name for the order. I could barely understand her unmotivated mumbling. My wife and my trips for chicken will have to wait when we go to Jackson.

I came through Friday afternoon and was greeted by Bobby! He was super energetic and willing to help me with any questions I had. I really wanted the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla, and he told me it was an LTO item only. He did suggest the tacos, which I was hesitant to get. But, he said they were delicious and he recommended the Chipotle Ranch ones. They were the best thing I have ever tasted. Definitely coming back for more.
